I watched in ifollow and honestly feel that was our best performance of the season - until the Belshaw injury and the final 11 mins of stoppage time
Finley, Coutts, Evans, Whelan and Taylor were superb. Felt the Pittman goal was not offside.
Poor home attendance as was Forest Green who are top of division with 1800 fans.

Anyone got a slow Mo of the “offside goal “ ? My first initial reaction was that we’d scored, i threw my pint in the air jumping up and down shouting Dam yes get the f**k in there , the cat jumped up knocked my Mrs glass of wine over and all hell was let lose , only to then sit back down looking like a right dick . it’s so much easier to deal with these situations when you’re actually at the match.

Yeah.. was kinda hoping for a summary of what he said Oh my bad 🤣 Basically said that Luke Thomas thinks the world owes him a favour and needs to pull his finger out or he's gone Throwing him under the bus in public because he missed a chance is probably not the best way to man-manage Thomas.

Not really. Thomas is a very talented footballer, but he has to get his head and body in the game. He plays with a certain swagger, which is fine because it’s confidence but also if you are a player above the league then you need to perform like it. Quite frankly not hitting the target from 12 yards when 1v1 isn’t that acceptable. It was an absolute sitter. It seems to be the same 2 players missing sitters and costing us points. Thomas and Nicholson missed straightforward chances against Newport. Nicholson's howler at 2-1 against Newport when we were on top, would probably had changed the outcome of the match. Nicholson cost us 2 points on Saturday and Thomas did the same tonight. More shooting practice required gents.

You call it whatever you like I think its disappointing, I mean really disappointing, actually I mean its really f###ing disappointing. No in fact its really really really really really soooooooooooo f/ing disappointinggg~~~~~######'''##'#'# Probably a fair summary. Only perhaps a smidge more disappointing than that. Very disappointing but this squad has gelled . It isn’t the finished article by any means but it’s better than a month ago and so much better than 2 -3 months ago it’s ridiculous. I’m glass half full at the moment in that in terms of how momentum in football goes well be pushing for top 7 going in to next year. I could be wrong of course but if this side isn’t pushing for a top 7 place in May I’ll be very surprised and obviously very disappointed.

Really gutted, I cannot believe we didn't win that but if nothing else I think those players will be right up for it on Saturday, even more now.

Why resort to name calling ? That’s out of order I suggest you read RD's response to my first post instead of liking his. Called me a clown and belter just for me pointing out he only shows his head when things go wrong. mate just skip past his posts, you'll feel better for it, that's what I do, he like to wind you up, be bigger than him

We seem to be gradually getting better as the season goes on which adds up considering we’ve got a pretty much completely new squad and we’ve had a lot of injuries.

I noticed that sometime after the miss Thomas had the ball just in front of the dugout and simply hit it in the air without any guidance at all. It could have gone anywhere. He seemed to be showing the petulant side to him.

Harries and Anderton are weak links imo. Always likely to concede with those 2 on the pitch
