I did similar earlier (the pages from kick off to promotion anyway). It still annoys me we lost the momentum and atmosphere after the 7th tho due to some idiots, but who cares now. Just took a bit of an edge off.

Soon as that final whistle, no Fās were givenšš¤š¼If anything, it added to the drama of needing to just not concede, whilst Cobblers were begging for a consolation from Scunny fully resigned to the fact they couldnāt get the ball off us! Knocking it round those last few mins, waiting for r Charles to blow that promotion whistlešMagic

The players were absolutely fuming - the stoppage completely took the momentum away from them. It's also given people the opportunity to add something else to the "fix" allegations which were thrown around, as we knew the Northampton result before we finished. It certainly doesn't "just adds to it all" for me, and never will.

If you watch the Dagenham match, when we scored in injury time about 5 people ran on to the pitch to jump on the huddle. Everyone else stayed in their places. I donāt know what it is with these idiots that feel the need to invade the pitch? It must be premeditated, if we do X weāre all gonna run on, because it wasnāt the done thing a few years ago. I seem to remember a fan getting a ban for doing it at Plymouth after we won 1-0.

Blackpool 1990
Final game v Brentford back in 1997/98, Barry Hayles late header to send us into the Play Offs
Away at Wycombe in 2014, etc, etc
This season though was absoluteley unique, when will being 3-1 down with 20 minutes left to win 4-3 and then win 7-0 on the last day to win promotion on Goals Scored, ever be done again, by anybody? Let alone Rovers!
It was pure unbridled Joy.

The unstoppable juggernaut that was JBās Gas against one of the worst football league teams in recent history. Having studied every bit of footage available, Iāve still yet to find a Rovers player/staff member or fan anything less than ecstaticšš

They finished 17th. Would have been worse if it weren't for other points deduction. All that money, still can't achieve anything ignore them. Just gets through to me Baggins. It's so Dam strange a lot of the time how they act. Same people who said when we signed Anderson "he must be sh** cause no player would want to go there" then try claiming "they're only going up because they got carried by Anderson." Which is it. I even saw one of them trying to compare the City-Rovers gap as being as big as the gap between...wait for it...Tranmere and Liverpool; yes, the Liverpool that have won 19 League titles and 6 Champions leagues, potentially a seventh at the end of the season.Ā Fact is if they didn't have Weimann they'd have likely gone down to the league we'll be in next season. Comparing us to them to a gap between Tranmere and the second biggest club in English football just makes me laugh.Ā Comparing themselves to the most successful club in English football history is as hilarious as it is ludicrous.

Blimey, imagine if they lost! Shame any of them had to come up really, suppose we all have idiots in our fanbases though, although some worse than others.

Shows how out of touch these idiots are. I can't recall any club being charged in similar circumstances, virtually every club this season from Fulham, who were the first(?) promoted club to Man C had similar "pitch invasions". The FA really needs to get it's act together and confirm for certain that all pitch invasions, even good natured ones, are now effectively banned in all cup and promotion game scenarios, along with the penalties for clubs who's fans still ignore the ban, if there now is one.

Very difficult to have a rule saying no invasions till after the final whistle, so can see them saying no one on pitch at all.

Blimey, I thought winning 7-0 was some effort. But 95-0 and 91-1 were scores in Sierra Leone. How does that happen? Esp when the half time scores were only 2-0 and 7-1 respectively! www.bbc.co.uk/sport/africa/62049926UTG!
