Welcome to this seasons fundraiser, which will be our tenth!
After last season’s incredible finish let’s hope the positivity continues and we get to see more of the type of football we were treated to last season.
So, please consider joining us making a positive impact on here and some fundraising for the club we all love.
To Join "The Fan's Forum Sponsor Club 2021/22" is simple:
You can make your payment via our PayPal Account - bristolroversffsc@yahoo.co.uk
(if you have a PayPal Balance it is free, otherwise please pay the charges otherwise we will not receive the full amount)
You can pay Electronically direct into our FFS Bank account - Sort Code: 40-46-18 Acc. No. 32107813
Please put your real name or username in the information box when paying, so we know who has made a payment.
The Minimum amount to become a member is £10, if you would like to give more of course feel free!
First though we would like your thoughts on a few things…. I would like to suggest we sponsor a match at the earliest opportunity to remember Gregs Gas who obviously put a lot into this place over the years and was well thought of by one and all, Clare his partner has declared her interest in making this happen along with a few of his family/close friends. I do hope you all agree it would be a great day and a fitting tribute to Paul. I would also like to propose this season we purchase some tickets for a few folk who are finding life particularly hard at the moment, the pandemic and cost of living crisis has affected so many I think it would be nice to send a few families along to watch their team who otherwise may not afford it. This will be carried out with research and help from people who know about these things such as our Community Trust, not just willy nilly. Please share your thoughts on these ideas whether in support or opposition and feel free to make your own suggestions and hopefully we can raise some cash. Both myself and Parrot would like to apologise for not being around enough this past season, we have had a lot on personally however it is no excuse for not pushing this little fundraiser enough. We are both looking forward to getting this back on track and we thank you for both your patience and support over the years. We have some match worn shirts still to give away and we will do this by the end of July. JTS

Jon I believe young Paul passed away on 24th October last. Might be an idea to arrange something close to that time. I would obviously attend a match in his memory.

Good point Dave 👍🏼 Just checked the fixtures. The mickey mouse cup games dates are not out yet. We have to remember the booking for hospitality is now contracted out as well, so it might be an idea to make contact early so we won't miss out on a date.

Just checked hospitality on the club site and it goes on sale from tomorrow. I expect you can get an idea about box prices etc then.

Excellent proposals, great idea to liaise with the Community Trust for information on families we could help to attend a match.
Yourself and Parrot continue to do an excellent job, keeping this going - very much appreciated.

Update!
Closest date to 24th October to remember our Gregsy would be:
Saturday 22nd October PLYMOUTH ARGYLE !
Big match! so Category A, cost £1300 + vat (£1560)
10 places in the Seat Unique Suite on the match day hospitality package, chance to pick Man of the Match and present him with the award,Pitch side photo to commemorate your day and a commemorative gift from the club. Additional places should be available circa. £60.
This would be our biggest match sponsorship to date and would require a bit of extra fundraising to achieve. Thoughts?

Prices have certainly increased, have to admit, since the last time we sponsored a league game. Question is are there 10 of us willing to cough up £156 for this game. I would, but can quite understand why it would be far to much for most. The £60 is obviously much more of an attractive proposition. Do they still do the matchball sponsorship as well? That may be the way to go, sponsor the matchball in memory of Paul and additional places for the £60. Or we could go down the box route for a mickey mouse cup game around that time. Anybody else have thoughts on this.
