Just wondering if anyone else has heard the rumours about a announcement next Thursday. Don't want to say what it is as might be a load of tish but if anyone has heard the same there might be something in it.

If its not that, I have no idea, but I am now very curious.

Toteend on another forum is not disputing it, just saying the numbers both out and in are probably not correct. This must be what he meant by major news next week. But somehow someone here has got wind of it early

It is said 1 or 2 may leave and 1 or 2 joining. Also has hinted at new ones having money to invest. Could be total nonsense.
We will have to wait and see if anything develops from this. Word is sometime next week.

The main issue with our board is that only two of them have any kind of public profile. One of them (Geoff) is no longer involved much due to health reasons. Higgs therefore gets all the stick. The club should be more forthcoming abou the role other directors have. Brian Seymore Smith doesnt even know what they do(i have asked him ten times)

Others on here have heard the same as me but I don't want to say what I was told as it was in the pub after a few beers.! Was also told that Cureton is a done deal.
Hence why I am not reading to much in to what I was told.
