We need them to get a draw there really to keep Pearson in the seat a bit longer. Head agrees, my heart hope they lose heavily. Yeah agree come on C**y 1 1 please, oh my god did I really say that, I need to wash my mouth out with soap. Millwall go ahead and Bristol Sport 1982 Ltd with a last minute equaliser please Pearson keeps his job, happy days

As I understand it, the stadium comes under the Memorial Stadium Company, the actual football club is under another company, Bristol Rovers FC. Both companies are owned by Bristol Rovers 1883 Ltd which in turn is owned by Dwane Sports (96.26% of the Ordinary Shares). Wael was formally acknowledged at Companies House as being the 'Person with Significant Control' (that is personally holding 75% or more) in May 2022 but wef June 2020. From memory, The Quarters is owned by Dwane Colony, a totally separate company. The Memorial Stadium Company has been dormant for years. If you check the balance sheet of Bristol Rovers 1883 ltd you will clearly see the stadium listed there as an asset of that company. You are correct with your structure. There are also a trail of companies above Dwane Sports which is impossible to unravel but that is quite normal for an offshore company that doesn't want too much information in the public domain. It's not impossible to unravel at all, Kevin. Just needs a few minutes research, but you know that really.

A banker and accountant couldn’t achieve it but reassuringly it’s common practice.

Pula Ltd? Should be Puta Ltd in his case, but hey. Keep digging. 👍

Having a good laugh at us over the 82ers forum, oh I can't wait for the end of the season Possibly just relief we didn't hold on after the comeback and that they didn't lose. Just imagine the meltdown had that been the case. Still time. 😀

The thread is hilarious. They have a school boy bully mentality. It's amazing how passionate they are about the Gas. Surely not all Ted's are so wound up by us.

But I thought their rivals were Cardiff (although someone needs to tel Cardiff that) so why do they take so much notice of us?

City.🙂
Imo,you can trace their current predicament back to Johnson junior. The Cup games they enjoyed, playing Utd and City of Manchester.
The praise Pep and Joe gave Johnson went to his head.He should of stopped snogging their feet and remembered that eg Rotherham United will actually start the game with a team of 11,well drilled, disciplined and determined. The FC went into a dream about glorious Premiership membership, but forgot that has to be earnt.
They are now in the 'race' for 3rd tier football.
Oh dear.

Had a quick glance, now I feel vile even having clicked on it. Interesting how many on that single page know plenty about our players, finances & chances of a play off spot.
Nothing like making yourself feel better about it all than “Barton has them where they should be” 😂🤦🏻surely not even the most ardent C*ty fan believes that😄

Isn't it around this time that some Rovers fan reckons we'll try and take Coburn on loan just to throw off their promotion chances?
Answer...there is only one snake, Coburn wouldn't play for a sh**e team anyway.
They could but…..highly unlikely I’d say….played more games than all those above them and those teams are certainly better than them.
Let’s let them keep believing….
Answer...that very nice of you to let us keep believing, thankyou, also very intrigued to know how you know all those teams are better than us
Even if they did they would be the laughing stock of the division, probably overextend themselves financially and quickly plummet back into obscurity where they belong.
Answer....what like what happened to you after the legend Windass
