In relation to taking our chances, Collins again should’ve had a brace but the guilt edge chance of the day fell to Gibson! After an Initial shot and ricochet, the ball was at his feet 4 yards out, everyone seemed to stop, just stab it home, pass it in….somehow he’s punted it over the bar😂😫it was then I was sure Posh would spawn an undeserved point as per last week! Was that Collins ? I thought it was one of our centre backs !

Great result, but Sam Finley what a player, what a performance, the man is immense and possibly my favourite midfielder since Holloway. The guy would run through a brick wall. Head and shoulders man of the match. That will be Dan Druff then!

Fully deserved victory against one of the promotion favourites, we're certainly finding our feet at this level. Finley mom but I think Rossiter goes under the radar a bit, similar to Coutts last year he does the unseen stuff that allows the rest to go & play. A couple of cup games now which should allow JB to give some minutes to some of those from today's bench & hopefully Loft.

I thought Finley was outstanding, I guess the sponsors wanted a photo with Scott Sinclair.

Was that Collins ? I thought it was one of our centre backs ! Gibson👍🏻 It certainly looked like a defenders shot. Although the stab / toe poke first was on target and the keeper made a decent point blank save I think, it was crowded in the box. We could have won that 6-1 today I thought we were fantastic but I was sh**ting myself through injury time a one goal lead is so shakey no matter how well you’ve played and dominated it can fall apart in one second.

Not sure which chance of theirs it was at the end, but seeing a shot flash across goal with Belshaw at full stretch and it goes past him….fully expected the net to go and also absolutely sh*t myself.

Just got home expecting 26 pages. Best performance of the season and 7 pages! The haters don’t like it clearly. This was the result of a really promising period for us and long may it continue. We’ve gone toe to toe at hillsborough and now nothing should faze us. UTG

Terrific complete performance today, probably unfair to give a man of the match to any one player as the whole team were worthy of it. With players the quality of Coutts, Loft, Anderson & Marquis to return, JB is certainly assembling a side which in my eyes is going to get better & stronger as the season evolves. At the moment I wouldn’t say it’s the best Rovers side I’ve seen, but it’s certainly one of the fittest & committed group of players I’ve seen wearing the quarters. This side is a joy to watch at the moment & the next game can’t come around quick enough.UTG Marquis certainly hasn't shown any quality in the quarters, it's hardly surprising JB choose not to risk him spending all his time falling over looking for non existent fouls this afternoon.

Just thought it worth mentioning that for me the Posh fans were the best behaved that we’ve had this season. No aggression or stupidity, just songs and banter. Bloody long way to come and a decent following. I’d actually say that the team were similar in that there were far less dirty challenges or players winding people up, and with that I thought the ref was a bit better than the normal standard we’ve seen.
Finley was exceptional today, and Connolly makes the defence look far more solid. Evans was also getting about all over the pitch today and making challenges, and the attacking play from our boys was relentless as always. Very happy today with a great family day out

Terrible signing so far but I definitely won’t be writing him off yet , he’s proven at this level and could make a big impact from the bench this season or even starting yet if we need him. Most wrote Loft off in the summer. Most thought McCorrmick was a great signing, still could be. It’s a funny old game.

Thomas booked, out next game? Think it was their player booked, Thomas was moving forward at the time past their man for the upcoming free kick as the ref yellow carded their man for a foul.

I didn’t say they were loud, I said they behaved well and didn’t attack stewards, scream abuse at families, or try to damage the stand or get across the mesh barrier. That is what we’ve seen more weeks than not from the away fans, especially Fleetwood and Plymouth.
