Blimey there's already objections being uploaded, I doubt they've even at time to view the latest plans! They don’t need to read the plans. It’s in their DNA to object, frustrate and delay just for the fun of it. Bristol as a City needs to stand up to mouthy minority groups and stop pandering to them. |

Just reading some of the objections. They must be she'ds as they aren't written very well at all.
Myself, I've never seen an eyesaw maybe they have Halloween on their minds. Must be that as they now have a saw thumb.
I am genuinely scared of these people and their saws.

Love having their holidays abroad (flying ona areoplane) drive there cars adding shoe box conversions to the top of their houses drink there imported wines and fancy salads. When confronted in person about the utopia that they dream of there ideas generally don't stack up. I no this as I'm surrounded by them

This is the fourth group formed since our first plan went in some 20 years ago. Every group have completely different aims as I already mentioned. The 'freinds of the Memorial stadium ' a splinter group wanted the Memorial stadium as a ' community assett welcoming any developments to modernise and safeguard its existence ' . The NO to south stand group have meet with the club and on the face of it all have been resolved. The club incorporated their concerns and resubmitted meaning its unlikely the stand will open for 4-8 months. However : surprise surprise the lobbyist are going privately to the portal and raising objections. What a crafty tactful move !. I think they will be a lot more organised and will fight tooth and nail to remove the stand and make the club have a ground like a national leauge side . |

The Green party hold a lot of power and are the biggest group in the council . They are the only group openly opposed to any stadium project . They have accepted they backed three groups . Emma promised ' if the club meets and ammends ' she will reconsider. The club have listened ( late I accept ) . Will the Greens now back this fresh group of objections? It's a major question now ! |
