Currently 11 comments support the plans with 8 objections on BCC planning portal Same recycled objections though, a lot of which don’t actually have anything to do with the applications itself.

the out source man with sloppy shoulders. crown does seem to have fallen now. Upset a lot of trusted staff with his methods and ego. Ironic that his position now looks to be getting outsourced as well I believe that the new owners have been in contact with various staff members, so are not relying on getting all their info from the mouth of the head honcho. Damage has been done regarding staff. Litigation against the club by more than one long serving demeaned staff member is a terrible accolade on TG stewardship. I've never heard of this in my memory in and around the club. It's a shame the CEO conducts his business in such a way, but hey it taint the club I recognise, and not many give a flying fig.....so replace experienced staff with outsource or someone who doesn't have a clue, and it doesn't take long for the rest of the football world to see we are embarrassment with the basics.

Is this litigation a current thing, or are you referring to past events?

I had a quiet day today so am scan-reading some of the new documents. Most seem to be pretty standard 'fill in the blanks'-type documents - not *quite* a waste of time and money but as close to it as you will get.....still, it keeps the local councillor(s) happy and some consultants will have been paid (probably) excessive fees to produce a document that says exactly what everyone knew it would say... ...but there are some interesting bits buried away in some of the new documents... That's from the air quality assessment report which (thankfully) concludes the "...air quality effects of the proposed stand are judged to be ‘not significant’ and that no further assessment work is required...." - whilst there's no details of how/when this question was asked, it does remind everyone that dialogue between the council and the club has been going on since the start of the process. The noise assessment team seem to have put the old (tent) stands facing away from the pitch ( ) in their 3D-mockup but at least got the noise effect pointing in the right direction - and there are some glaring typos across various documents that you hoped would have been caught before submission.... The most interesting bits are in the "Statement of community involvement" - basically a summary of the meetings with the local residents:

The Air Quality thing makes sense if there's going to be an increase of Gas in the area.

There’s actually lights attached to the roof of the stand to help with the floodlight issues, if you look closely in that photo you can see them.

I think someone said after the last home game the current lights on the stand are temporary, proper ones still to be added They certainly looked temporary! They certainly did. The dark corner had gone, to be replaced by a dark patch on the parts of the pitch that they didn't cover. Probably about 20% of the pitch was brighter than the rest. There was a distinct line where the new lights are.

This may have been answered elsewhere but why is the last block not going to be built on top left hand side. What is the reason it didn't go all the way?
