When an enormous rain cloud is passing down Filton Avenue. it's obvious that gaschat changed from pis...sing down to passing come on, although if its the 82ers in that end then I wouldn't mind a crow passing

So no, pi**ing down becomes watering down. Is it passing down or passing off? One of those is fraudulent

It’s already been stated that it will work the same as the tent did, the larger the away following, the less home fans will be in there. and so it should, very unfair to stick away fans in just the open terrace when it's passing down The away terrace will still be used for sides with big away followings?

Eager for pics of the South End completely bare again, memories of my childhood 1996 when we first moved in. Curo and Beadle breaking the net for fun in front of absolutely nobody

Arena’s demountable/semi-permanent South and South West seating systems were purchased in 2016.
Their structure means the Club have been able to dismantle these two existing stands quickly.
For the 2016/17 season Arena Seating’s design and engineering teams combined to ensure the plans were fully approved by the local licensing authorities.
Hopefully, Arena's expertise and experience can deliver a similar outcome for 2023/24.
Seven years ago the South Stand was refurbished with capacity rising from 850 to 1,056 seats.
In the adjacent corner the 360 seater South West Stand was also installed by Arena.
These and other changes, such as the control tower change, took The Mem's capacity over 12,000.
It is hoped that the planned Arena refurbishments for 2023/24 might increase capacity.
The initial information provided by the club also suggests a better match day experience in this section.
With just over 11 weeks remaining Arena can normally complete this scale of project comfortably.
Fingers crossed.

Good to see TG's confirmed "planning is in" it looks like they take around 2 weeks to be uploaded to the planning portal so they should appear soon. Although I doubt getting full pp will be quite so quick!

Wonder what they found under the stand? I have personally dropped at least a fiver in loose change over the years!

I notice the old ‘welcome to the Memorial Stadium’ sign was just shoved under the tent at some point 😂
