On the subject of the FA Trophy, I dread to think what the crowd is going to be like for the final. Stockport or Wrexham and Grimsby (or Gateshead) all drawn together for the last 16 draw, so only one will get through. Aside from Torquay there really aren't any other teams who will take a decent following!

Bath City home to Altrincham in the next round - would love to see them go all the way and make some much needed money.

Certainly a winnable game for them

So they did, just looked at some of the pictures! I still think compared to some of the other teams left they would take a decent number though!!

But the prize money and gate receipts alone will do wonders for Bath, not even necessarily about reaching the final for a club with such hefty previous financial problems.

To be honest with no games at home for a few weeks at least we won't ruin the pitch with this weather, plus no egg chasers to chew it up..

Plus split of the gate receipts. all adds up.

Even assuming they now beat Grimsby in the replay they've still got to win at Stockport or Wrexham, although by mid Feb their pitch will probably be unplayable anyway!
