Wow, great stuff Rovers. 30+ years ago Ollie came to my school and gave a moving and passionate speech in our assembly about living with disability and understandably it's something very close to his heart. I'm sure he'd have jumped at the chance to get on board with this and spread the message further. Well done Rovers and Ian, what a fantastic initiative.

The photos with the players in the away kit certainly make the shirt colour more appealing (in my opinion) than in the promotional video.
Will just have to wait to see it in person.
Bit disappointed that only a limited number have readable brail on though. Maybe i am missing something but i thought the whole point was the brail, and without it being readable it is just another pattern?

Not keen on the shirt layout, must be the old age coming along. A good message from Ollie though, well presented. It’s just a shame we can’t seat Barnsley fans and others until the stand situation is resolved, particularly those with Disabilities or age concerns. Dampens the message some what doesnt it, but still a great one IRONIC ! 💙👍utg |

Agree that is it strange to only have the readable Braille on limited number of shirts.
On the non readable, I assume the print is there but not texturised.

Great cause but awful colour and design. Not a fan of grey kits, going to be difficult to pick out under floodlights. Hopefully we can get some decent designers onboard for next season for a fresh modern makeover.

the grey flashes to silver in the sun, all shirts have the braille message in the shirt pattern, a little bit in relief like the gasometer metalwork on the home shirt. The "limited edition" actually has the braille in the bottom left corner. Don't forget, £4 is split between the 2 Rovers charities too. Great initiative, helping local causes.
