I'm not confident at all. Especially now JQ is out for 3 games. Barton seems to be losing the plot too.

I think we will scrape together 5 more points, luckily I think 50 will be enough this season and the 4th bottom will go down or around 47 points

I’ve gone 1-9 but don’t think it will be squeaky bum time I think (hope) the 4 relegated won’t get past 46 points The run in is tough, but those sides at the top will be under pressure and that can have an adverse affect as we know all too well from our capitulation at the turn of the century

We'll hit double figures with 10 points.

1 more win should be enough I think. Our best chance to get it looks to be Charlton (H), Fleetwood (A) or Port Vale (A). If we don’t get at least 3 points from those games it could get pretty hairy looking at our other fixtures…
The bottom 6 are all either playing each other or teams pushing for promotion. I can’t see any of them getting over 46/47 points. Oxford should be very worried!

It’s going to be a horrible end to the season , I’m still not 100% certain of our safety and the football hasn’t been great.

We should be fine. Not ruling out relegation but it isn’t likely and I don’t think we should be panicking. If the players panic it could happen but I think they’ll be professional enough to do the job.
I think we’ll slide to safety now 2019 style with another win or two and a few more draws but it’ll be ugly. We don’t need too much though.
Even the worst teams pick up the odd point here or there so even if we have a shocker against the difficult clubs we have to play in our final 9 well fine.

The bottom 4 are 10 points off where we currently are. We would have to be seriously bad to go down.
Joey however must keep his head. Every game is a cup final and we need to dig out points. Need to fill the players with confidence and not fear.

Even a draw a game, not losing any could see squeaky bum time!
I think we'll be ok by default. Teams below us are poorer and haven't got the points on the board......but all in all, a disappointing season that showed promise and bounce that we failed to take advantage of.
I'm yet to be convinced JAB can progress us up to GC heights or above, so for me it's average mark but can do better.
Can't fault his efforts to win though.

Playing as we are currently and looking at the fixtures, I can't see where another win is coming from. Possibly more likely to get one away from home at the moment, most likely Port Vale. I think we might get 4-6 points so should be safe regardless, but it won't be pretty.

As richjg's already suggested wins v Charlton l, Fleetwood and PV looked the easiest that still remains the case, getting draws in the other fixtures could well be the best we can achieve.
Hopefully we've turned the corner and yesterday's performance/win wasn't just down to Charlton failing to turn up.

So with 7 to go and a tough run in, can we get to the "magic" 60? That and/or a top half finish would set us up nice for next season. But that means 3 wins from 7 or 2 and 3 draws, where can they come from. My predictions!
Home top teams - Can see us getting something from more than one of these. Going for: 1 W (Derby) 1 L (Bolton) and 1 Draw (Sheff W) Leaves us needing 5 pts from 4 away games
Peterbough will be a L. We all know that Vale has to be the W. In very poor form.
So just a draw from Plymouth or Shrews
Lets do it!
