Seems one of a strange collection that didn't go to games because they didn't like Dunford, then didn't go because they didn't like Nick Higgs, not sure what the excuse was for the few years under DC when things with Wael seemed positive; then didn't go because they didn't like Coughlan's football and now don't go because they don't like Barton. I can personally understand people not liking Barton, but this guy seems to take more pleasure when we lose than most City fans I know. Not like he's going to magically come back when he goes so not sure why these people don't find a new hobby (other than picking fights with people on twitter) People change their minds when presented with evidence. Many of us were not keen on the idea of JB as manager and until around November/Christmas 2021, the football did nothing to persuade otherwise. Personally speaking, JB turned us into a team worth watching and achieved what seemed impossible in May 2022. He also seems to be in a much better place mentally and that's good enough for me. Some folk can't or won't think otherwise and that's their choice. UTFG 🏴☠️ I totally understand people who have decided to step away, however, I don't understand why they then seek Barton out on Social Media. |
