Connolly to keep his place and a two nil win to keep the run going, I’d drop Sinclair and bring in Loft to start. Lofty is vastly undervalued on here, like Marquis great work ethic 100 % er. Marquis has ability which puts him way ahead of Loft imo. Work ethic should be a given for a professional footballer, for me that’s pretty much all he offers, that and nuisance value as a big, bustling impact sub. A back up option in league one, a starter in league two. Nothing against him personally and I like his attitude, just don’t think he’s a very good or very effective striker at the level we are hoping to be. If he was available for transfer would anyone expect a top half league one team to sign him as a starter? |

M totally, not the most skilful, but gives it his all, give me him over some of the dross who didn’t try in the last day, Regan, Bennet wt all. |

Have a sneaking suspicion that when the sun goes down tonight, both Rovers and Barnsley will be on the way to picking up three points.
Leaving Alex Turner and Co to feel like a right mardy bum, I'm sure he'll soon snap out of it though.

Could be a bad night for the Owls. Imagine us winning whilst Sheff Utd get closer to promotion if they win tonight, wonder who they are playing 🤔 If Sheffield is the steel city, what is Bristol? Tobacco? Chocolate? Planes? I wonder how often 2 teams from the same city (outside of London) play another 2 teams from the same city on the same day? Looks defensive. Hopefully we can get the ball to the front 3 efficiently otherwise they could get pretty isolated. Think Connolly actually suits this more - he can play the simple pass to Quansah/Gibson who have more (potentially longer) passes in them.
1-1 draw but expect us to be sat in for chunks of the game.
