GT already said Mangotsfield Severnside & UWE never happened. Looking at a long lease for new stadium maybe 100 years to secure the Future of the club. Bristol City Council are helpful. Payment details up for discussion with developer. Developer will deal with BCC for planning permission. 12500 new capacity at Mem with new 3500 seated stand will be ready for next season. Barton admired by Wael. Ready for next season ?. The club must of paid lots of money for pre planning which fast tracks planning to 12 weeks ( if true) |

Wael has certainly put his money into securing the club paying off debts and making the Quarters a wonderful facility and if he can pull of the long overdue stadium he will leave a lasting legacy.
He has backed current manager and is ambitious to see the club in the Championship.
We should acknowledge him and not criticise his past, current and future efforts. We are fortunate to have such a genuine football fan as our owner.

Pretty much 2/3rds of the land undeveloped I used to play there on the occasional Saturday for a local side 13 odd years ago now, it is enormous. Having visited just a few weeks ago and seeing how it’s currently being used by the football club, only then you realise how much potential that site has for development & expansion. And it’s ours🙌🏻 |

How many seats in the tent and sw stand are there about 1500? If so an extra 2k seats at £30 a pop would be £60k increase in revenue per game if sold out.Obviosly that won’t happen and we don’t know the rental price for the new seats.Should be a good deal for the club though and must surely help to decrease the amount Wael is pumping into the club by a de cent amount.Good on you Wael 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Why doesn't someone ask him if we can make pitch smaller, put sand around the whole surroundings of the pitch, bring Josh Hare back to do some running and invite the Greyhounds back to screw over financially?
