Looks like the Bolton game will be a sell out. Get in quick if you want to be there to say goodbye to some players
Don’t forget to tell your incapable friends that think they can wander up to ground at 2.30 (EDIT: 11.30am!) and pay on the gate cos they used to just go see Maureen or something and it would all be fine and refuse to look on line or use common sense.

I didn't realise it is now Sunday at 12 o'clock. As you rightly say It will ' sell out ' very soon. I noticed no south stand tickets on sale ?

Gone are the days when even if we finished 13th we'd all be on the pitch, chanting 'Brian, show us your c*ck' as he stood at the top of the Members Enclosure at Twerton in just his pants.

Correct , Shrewsbury & Plymouth away both postponed. And now we’re on a 4 game tour. |

Remember playing Bolton ( I think 🤔) in our Twerton days , took my then girlfriend to her first ever football match. Went for a pre match pint in the seven stars pub ( again I think that was the name ) , within 5 mins of entering the pub a load of Bolton fans tried to storm it , beer glasses flying everywhere and the windows smashed. Anyone else remember this ?

They tried to 'take' what they thought was our pub at the time (I thought 'our' pub was The Full Moon but didn't know if it was frequently used then) but as it was early Twerton days, it took a while to establish a base. |

Bolton fans had been drinking up the western hotel,came down over the bridge led by a city fan on crutches,not sure we ever really had a main pub at twerton,the moon was so small,I always used to drink up the white horse,cracking days looking back,I bloody miss em!!
