Not sure he is good enough to say "I'm fed up of managing in L1"
Very hit and miss this season, and in my opinion has failed to improve the defence at all - we are awful at the back. We play nice football sometimes, but to spout out saying i'm essentially too good for L1 is nonsense.

Ambition too manage higher and if he drags us over the top in the next two years then that will be some achievement. |

Ambition is no bad thing. As long as we're realistic about what players we are able to attract and what budgets we can set with our turnover.
We're going to have get better value for money on transfers than we've got in previous transfer windows if we want to punch above our weight next season.

He seems to have a form of Tourette’s, where he just can’t just say nothing. I gave up trying to understand him a long time ago. What does he get from saying such silly stuff ? All about context mate But surely he must know that, in that timeframe, we just could not compete. Stadium first, money coming in next and maybe then. |

Why post a link to this article from last August? Like others have posted I sooner JB aim high and fail rather than aim low and still fail. If we do manage to finish tenth or higher under JB it'll be our highest finish for years. |

(Rightly so, too) But if he gets us to the Championship then he'll stay and the next target will be the Premiership, not sure what the issue is, apart from anybody with any sense will know it's just all talk anyway. |
