<Pedant Alert> If we lost 2-0 away, how can we have won 10-1 on aggregate? Read what was written. Is this the pedant thread? I wasn't being pedantic, just confused as often by the workings of the poster's mind. (The one who enjoyed the 2-0 defeat to Reading)

There are 16 sides certain to be in League One next season. One more team will be relegated from the second tier. (Possibly Reading?) Two more teams will be promoted from EFL 2. (Northampton Town are likely to get through.) A bunch of teams are still engaged in either promotion or relegation in our division. The current definite list is : BLACKPOOL BRISTOL ROVERS BURTON ALBION CHARLTON ATHLETIC CHELTENHAM TOWN EXETER CITY FLEETWOOD TOWN LEYTON ORIENT LINCOLN CITY OXFORD UNITED PORTSMOUTH PORT VALE SHREWSBURY STEVENAGE WIGAN ATHLETIC WYCOMBE WANDERERS All will become clearer next weekend. Additional teams will be added to this list as and when definite. cant see why we can't finish above all of these teams next season. Not many will have cash to splash.

(The one who enjoyed the 2-0 defeat to Reading) I think he was referring to the 2-0 win against the red lot as being the only decent one in the final 10 games that season, nothing to do with the Reading result. That's how I took it anyway.

Rumours that Wigan may struggle to survive the summer. Players not paid again last month and talk of players refusing to play tomorrow Even if they survive, administration a strong possibility and further points deductions for failing to pay players on time (3 points deducted this season for that reason).

Yes can easily see them starting next season with a points deduction. You would think Reading will be one of the strong teams in the league as they wouldn't have gone down without the points deduction. Derby could be one of those teams who thought they would walk the league and are now going to be stuck here for a little while (like Sunderland were).

The relegated teams already make it a weaker league than this season.

Jeez, you know how to make a bloke feel ancient ffs. Those last 10 games were dire, apart from the one. We lost 2-0. Hardly memorable. I am talking about the one game, being v the 82

Sorry to be dense, but what do the numbers in brackets for each side mean?

Doesn’t belong here but didn’t warrant a new thread!
MK dons manager sacked.
Hope Darrell doesn’t sully his reputation and go there next. Suprised Swindon didn’t go for him. Maybe return to Hartlepool?
