Let's just hope his "issues" don't return next season and we're then stuck with him for another 2 years. Given he was clearly keen to return you'd have thought he would have taken a 2 year contract.

Signing any player is a risk but this lad has bags of ability and still young and improving so a 3 year deal is sensible it's not like alot of the desperate deals we have handed out in the past. JB sees something in him and thinks he can take him to the next level. Welcome back Luke Thomas. |

i thought we needed to bring in couple of quality experienced central defenders a striker and two wingers for next season . We are partway there now. Thomas has lots of championship experince, done well at Barnsley and although he didn't set the world alight when was here on loan, he did show flashes of quality.If we have more wide players in the team then hopefully we can play Arron Collins in a more central attacking roll, when we played him out wide in the seconed half of last season our goal scoring dried up, so having Thomas quality in the side will hopefully lead to more goals for Marquis and Collins.

Particularly if he likes living locally. |

Good luck to him. Whether you thought he was the best player we've ever had, the worst player we've ever had or somewhere In between, there's one thing that is undeniable and that's that he always tried. I dont remember him ever hiding or strolling around.
