Absolute no to hash browns in a traditional breakfast. They are a relatively recent American invasion. I like them very much, but I like chicken tikka too and and am horrified to see it appearing on pizzas. Ah. You wouldn't want foreign hash browns with your very English breakfast.
And, you wouldn't want foreign chicken tikka on your very English pizza.

The only requirements I have for a Fry Up is don't put the eggs next to the beans. As Alan Partridge righly said, use the Sausages as a breakwater, I want it to be my decision whether I mix the eggs with the beans. Nonetheless, a good effort Sonja. 7 on 10. Let’s make love.
