So pleased, yet another well behaved Spanish player is making his way to greatness.
More than can be said about the immature 36 year old former champion.
Just a shame that he managed to keep hold of the racquet that he smashed on the net post, if it had hit a ball kid or the umpire, the match would have finished on a disqualification.
That would have served the petulant Slimy idiots right.

I just sensed this could be the year. Alcaraz has been in great form and the first player of the new generation who I really believed could actually beat Djokovic. I had a feeling this was gonna be a cracker and it didn't disappoint. It's amazing the amount of people I speak to that don't like Djokovic. You have to really wonder how many grand slams Alcaraz will have at Djokovic's age, he already has 2 at the age of 20 and unlikely to come up against the calibre of players that Djokovic has had like Federer, Nadal etc. |

Not into tennis but watched the highlights to see how it played out. Some great shots and looked a good game. Both players getting caught up with the emotion of it all. I couldn't believe how fast tennis has become and how fast they now hit the ball. Wasn't till half way through I realised my player was set to 1.25x speed lol
