Not a bad result against a team the have been in the champions league ? Braga are back in the champions league this year, qualifying round at least, for the first time in about 10 years. They are regularly in the europa league though. |

Ward defo been an improvement on belshaw this half though. Wish Joe would start with Jed next season 🤔💙utg The feedback from his time at Hungerford was that he was a great shot stopper, but did not look confident on crosses. In league 1 teams will pick up on that and pile balls into the box to put him under pressure. Its probably not something he would have encountered that much at youth level. A season in the National league should help his experience. |

A season in the National league should help his experience. The next step in his development would be a loan to top end Conference or League Two. If those who think he’s ready to be first choice for us in League One are correct then there should be plenty of teams ready to give him that chance at those levels. |

He had nothing on from what I could see? |

He had nothing on from what I could see? Had nothing on so passed to the opposition. Sorry I like Belly as a person but I also like my mates as persons. But I would'nt have any of them playing in goal for Rovers. JB -- It is now your priority to find a new number one. |

JB -- It is now your priority to find a new number one. Think he was trying to put it out for a throw but caught it wrong …. If he wasn’t played into trouble (?) in the first place with a pass when he had players on him immediately and if the defence made the angle after the pass like we’re taught from day 1 then the mistake would never have happened…. |

Agree that in hindsight rather than take a touch he should have leathered it down the pitch but we’ve been coached to not do that… |

Belshaw gets caught far too often in possession and he has rushes of blood and comes charging out his area when no need, such as the 2 Exeter games. Of course you can only play one keeper and for me Belshaw over the last year has proved he's not good enough to be keeper for a team trying to make play offs. |
