Not very 21st century. What happened to electronic payments?
Surely the cost of envelopes and postage, plus the wages of someone to stuff envelopes and write out the letters is not cost effective?

Just noticed on the club website that Tristan Crama donated the £50 he won last week back to the Academy.
A small thing but a really nice touch.

Received my welcome pack today.
The letter states that the pack contains your 5 draw numbers - but mine doesn’t appear to, does anyone else’s?

They sent an email to say the numbers didn't get added tobtbe letter, in error. But you don't really need them any way as you get contacted if your numbers get drawn and paid automatically. If you want to know your numbers, email the address included in the pack.

The mention of Five Jackpot Numbers is a complete mistake. What they apparently meant to say is the Jackpot Number is a five digit number which is your new membership number with a zero in front of it. If you look at the ‘winners’ post you will see what they mean.
The 4 Lucky Numbers should have been there though as stated they are automatically checked and you will be notified.
Having said that I saw the list of winners and a name similar to mine among them. I had contacted them in October saying my name was spelled wrong. I finally got a cheque this week (with the right name on it!). The numbers published in that list were the “new” numbers in the membership packs - totally different to the numbers from signing up or with the direct debit notice. They have your bank account details but the covering letter does suggest sending them a picture of you holding the cheque with your Rovers shirt on. With the silly key ring and offer of a signed photo from your favourite player they must think we are all kids?
Rovers heh? Couldn’t make it up!

I’m very happy to have won and wasn’t hoping for any “free” gift, especially as we are paying for them, I’d rather the money went to the academy. |

I see Luca Hoole won £25 and donated it to the youth team, but I also noticed Miles Davis is a Gashead and also won a prize.
He must be our no 1 celebratatory fan!
