Have contacted inplayer via link on page.
Martin Mitevski technical support replied straight away and has forwarded my refund request after a further email exchange.
It started doing the same again since but is now working again for me

Looks like we are not very good off the ball, so it's back to a bit of back four playing you to me to you.
Any time full backs get forward they don't appear to have a pass option.
