I am one that has not the ability to use my (non existent) device and further I was talking to a City season ticket holder yesterday who was complaining bitterly about their system as his 'phone ticket refused to register at the turnstile on their first game.

My mate Pete had an email saying it was being dispatched 1st Class Special Delivery yesterday. It has just arrived (1st Class but Ordinary) in Oxted, Surrey.
I, on the other hand, didn’t get an email yesterday and can’t see proof of my season ticket in My Account online so was about to send a panic email at 12:30. The wife amazed me by listening to my moaning and suggested we had lunch down the pub! Ok, I can email from there, says I. Walking out the house and the post drops on the mat - blue envelope! Hopes up, I grab it and …….. Season Ticket!!! Happy Days. UTG!

Only 2 of our 4 arrived today. Nice gesture with the vouchers, shame only 1 can be used at a time or would’ve been very handy to use our 4 together towards a shirt for one of the kids

Mine arrived this afternoon, very professional I have to say!
I'd very much like if the voucher had a code I could use on the online shop, but thats a minor gripe. Having a voucher to use in the shop is a great addition.

Much prefer the package this year. The stuff in previous years is a nice touch but as observed is a little wasteful. Voucher allows us to get something we’d actually want but a shame it didn’t come before the kits came out 😉
