Nothing received and I don’t expect to receive anything before Saturday. Why do the club let it run right to the wire season after season? I think I renewed in April and handed over my hard earned cash - 4 months later I’m fretting about whether I will get a ticket for a game that’s now 3 days away.
Do I trust the club to issue a digital ticket when they are likely to receive thousands of similar emails? I might pop up the Mem tomorrow afternoon to see if they can do anything in person
Disgrace and shambles.

Yeah just ignore the instruction to send an email if you have not received your ticket and go pester them in person- i am sure they will be thrilled.

I wouldn’t call it pestering them and I certainly won’t take anything out on the shop staff as this isn’t their fault. I’ve been in the shop plenty of times during midweek in the past and it’s usually pretty empty - if it is quiet and I politely ask if I can have a printed ticket because my ST hasn’t arrived then I don’t think they will be upset. If the club can’t supply a ST card that was paid for 4 months ago I’m not in the slightest bit confident that they will respond to an email.

I'm sure I did, just don't want to miss the first game of the season, even though we always seem to lose the first one. Not this Season.

I've received two, one Tuesday and one today, waiting for one more. I don't believe them when they say they were all posted Monday. And what's difficult about putting them all in one envelope if they are all at the same address.

People will just be jumping over the turnstiles like the last few seasons, me and my sons will for sure. Disgraceful how it’s left to a couple of days before the first game. You have to question the people in charge. You can say it’s ticketmaster fault, but the people in charge are making the decision to use them, it’s not the first time is it

My sons came Tuesday, still waiting for mine. As for the £5 voucher. I've already bought a training top, a home shirt and am waiting for the braille shirt. I can't see myself using it. This is why they should be sent out a lot earlier in my mind.

Similar for past few seasons - no lessons learned and I think some fans are now just accepting this is an annual, acceptable norm. Personally, I think this annual fiasco and fan anxiety about weather they can get in the ground warrants being a bit disgruntled. I wish I shared your optimism that an electronic ticket will be provided and I get into the ground without issues - they could have a couple of thousand emails to action.

TBH that was my fear Eric, the posties, I recently waited two weeks for an important document, thankfully my tickets came Tuesday. They should be able to post them in monthly batches. Post the ST’s bought in April out in May, ST’s bought in May posted in June etc…..Any late problems should only then affect a small number of people who bought quite late and less panic and remedial action by the staff.

Chased for any type of positive response today didn’t even get a response.
I have zero confidence anything will be received before the weekend … not truly convinced it has even been sent.
If it doesn’t come by the weekend going to ask for a full season refund for both and that will be that for going to games - happy to watch on IFollow.
