Underwhelming so far but far from a lost cause and come what may this will be an excellent experience for the squad. Get Connor some free minutes and just minutes on the clock for everyone with the new systems. MON the GAS! My concern is it feels like the sort of goal we conceded way too often last season. Has no defensive work been done over the summer? Doesn't matter who the personnel are if the system doesn't work in the first place. from the very quick look at it I had it looked like Connor Taylor ring rust to me which is forgivable and so much better to have that happen tonight than on Saturday, I want us to give this a hell of a good go but if players need to get the jitters or rust out their system it’s better tonight but yeah, it did look worryingly familiar. |

My concern is that as bad as Taylor is for it, there's massive problems before we get to that point. Largely the amount of time their guy has to put the ball in to begin with. |

The co commentator is definitely Welsh on ifollow I'm trying g to cook ffs.....it sounded North East but yes it does sound Welsh....(NOW) I've had a chance to f*cking listen Gotta be honest, he did sound a bit like Gary Owers initially - I’m normally good with accents, but I had trouble with his (Geraint’s). |
