Nobody has brought this up yet but the grant foul looked a red card all day. Really lucky to get a yellow there.
I agree that both cox could have done much better for their goal and Taylor just kind of backed away and let him shoot. I think he thought Gordon had intercepted or was expecting the guy to turn to his other foot rather than shoot.
This is the best squad we’ve had in donkeys and if we get a couple more good signings I’m extremely bullish on this year

Missing word. I laughed when their manager got booked! Never liked him. Did he say only one team was trying to win? I counted four of our guys in the box when Luke scored in the 98th minute which shows up his ridiculous comment. They are going to rename the Jimmy Seed Stand in honour of Dean Holden and call it the Bell End. |

Just thought I would post this video up here, has a few highlights of the game, mainly Charlton but I have both your goals and fan celebrations. Thought it was a good turnout for a Tuesday evening kick off.
I've also spoke to a couple do Gasheads before the game so on the off chance they post on here, here's the vid
Anywho thought it was a good game, particularly the second half where either team could have got the result, unfortunately it was you guys this time at the valley (again)
I have backed yous as dark horses this season and it appears my hunch may have been right, thought yous were solid and had quality all over the pitch.
Hope you enjoy (if you watch) and good luck for the remainder of the season

I thought Grant was a bit of a liability when he came on. Got on the wrong side of the attacker for their goal, gave the ball away which led to another attacking chance and could have easily been sent off. Its clear that JB rates him and I assume wants him to be the first choice left back when match fit but from what I have seen so far, I am far more comfortable with Gordon playing 90 minutes. |

With regards to the dark arts (and not having watched any other highlights from other teams) should it not in theory be harder to do this this season? Time wasting being clamped down on with stopping free kicks etc. and also has been loads better so far with no one going down with fake injuries as they don’t want treatment. Hopefully this should play into our hands with regards to a quicker tempo “proper football” display and a bit less of the dark arts? Wycombe are finished 🤣 |

Get into Bristol the day before and the world is your Clarkes Pie......on Matchday it has to be the welcoming and friendly Wellington' the best pub near the Mem and a 4-5 minute walk. 15mins if you ate absolutely f**ked on the Cider 😆 🤣 😂 |

Filton airfield is nearby(couple miles) though no longer an airfield , many a decade of aircraft manufacturing all history now and ground being built on, however still manufacturing parts there and the site houses the ' CONCORDE MUSEUM' complete with Concorde which was built there and took off there, you may find it interesting, bound to be a web site for it. if you come via M4,M5,A38 you will pass it on way in. |
