Tbonegas and GGMI are Sh1!heads GGMI is not a shithead. I doubt tbone is but he may as well be seeing as he seems to feel nothing but bitterness towards BRFC.

His finishing is miles better than what it was. Marcus Stewart and Jermaine Easter giving him pointers every day, his confidence growing, the fans on his side now. He just gets better and better, for me. Personally I think next season we're going to have a hell of a player on our hands. In the last 2 months he's scored with a shot from distance at Torquay & a header against Macclesfield, how's his finishing improved ? I can't recall when he's actually beaten a goalie when 1 on 1, usually he blasts over or at the goalie. There must be some even reason DC's been chasing both Tubbs & Easter's signings and it's not to replace Blisset! His goal against Barnet.

Clear evidence then his finishing as improved if he's managed to score one all season!! Really when you think more about this our whole forward line is average at best, Monkhouse isn't an out & out winger, Blisset has only just turned full time, Taylor, and the inconsistant Gosling, it's a minor miracle we are second in the table. It'll be interesting to see what Easter & Dawson now bring to the forward line.

As you go down the leagues the standard of striker drops massively, the cream rises to the top (of the Prem) and we like many other clubs at this level are left with the rest. All we can hope for is that they try and DC signs those that do that. There is a reason why some are worth 100 million and some are free. That's why Tbone is wrong to constantly slag off MT.

He wasn't offside for the first one so not sure how he could "know he was offside". Why would we let a player of Matty's quality go on a free in the summer? Do you really not rate him then? Maybe there is more than one person that doesn't rate him after all? He was stood offside for the first one? TV replays showed he may have been played onside but I doubt he realised that until Blisset pointed it out to him. Taylor has shown numerous times this season he's not the best finisher when facing just the goalie, it's is main weakness, hence why DC's brought in Easter on decent money. Unless I've got my facts wrong MT's on a 1 year contract but DC seems to have shown no interest in extending his contract for next season, so come the summer DC will have to decide whether he wants both JE and MT next season. If JE as scored the goals to take us up I can't see MT being retained, if he hasn't then DC will have to make some changes anyway, assuming he still keeps his own job. Finally I don't get the suggestion he's good as he always gives 100% as a strikers job is to score goals, if he gets 20 by giving 50% then that's better than scoring 10 whilst giving 100%, although scoring 20 whilst giving 100% would be the best.
If we want to beat Dartford then Easter & Dawson must start, as if DC starts with Taylor & Gosling again we may as well settled for the Play Offs now. Do you go to games? If you did then you would know that we don't rate Taylor because "he gives 100%". It is because he his all round play is good. "Easter and Dawson must start", how do you know they are better than what we have got? I agree Gosling isn't a great player but Taylor has consistently played well. Why does DC have got give him a contract now? Surely this could demotiviate Taylor. At the moment he doesn't even have a wiki page so I doubt too many clubs are looking at him so no point taking the risk of extending his contract. I will be very surprised if we choose not to keep him. More likely he will leave if someone else offers him more money.

There must be some even reason DC's been chasing both Tubbs & Easter's signings and it's not to replace Blisset! Barnet at home. I think that was the last time he was genuinely through 1v1. But yeah, personally I can see an improvement in his shooting. The shot at Torquay wasn't really from distance, it was just outside the box, and it was well placed and with his weaker foot. I'll admit the header against Macclesfield was fortunate to go in, but you look at those two finishes against Woking, both with his left foot, and you tell me it's not better than when he blasted over the bar against Forest Green (both home AND away).

you said that when i said we would get in the play offs this season but on this occassion i hope your right I think actually I asked based on what evidence? Given we were 15th and had one point from three games at the time it seemed a reasonable question. It seems a reasonable question here too.

Based on the evidence that we've been in a play-off space since November and haven't lost a game since October. Be stunned if we don't get in the playoffs tbh.

We were talking about MT going to a league club this season. I'm sure we will be in the playoffs.

To be pedantic, I think tbone wants us to be a league club and his beloved Matteeee to be plying his trade elsewhere, so not quite the same thing!
