This is an interesting idea - as someone said it's more tangible. I would be able to consider a 5 or 10-year one. I suppose it's about guarantees isn't it ? I think a clear time line would have to be put in place once a minimum amount of money raised was in place.
It could actually bring the board and supporters MUCH closer together - boy is that needed !!!

'Blue Sky' thinking? That sounds more like 'Crack Cocaine' thinking to me ! What if the club sold crack cocaine? Matty Taylor was supposed to shoot a rival dealer. But he missed...

Good point. Wouldn't that be offset to a degree by the increase in crowds that can be expected from a new stadium (short term) and an improved league position (fingers crossed)? That's got Leeds United written all over it. Why not just stick all the money on a horse? Fingers crossed!

You could make a lot of meat pasties from one horse.

Why, whats wrong with a bit of juicy horsemeat? You need to turn the internet off and go for walk or a cold shower. And delete your search history.

I'd give the club 6 grand if it meant that I could go to pay and watch my team in a decent stadium and playing at a decent level. If it was free to get in for 20 years then even better.

Why, whats wrong with a bit of juicy horsemeat? Because horses, like dogs, are our friends, aren't they? They're bred for personality and skills, not meat. You can't look a lovely horsie or a loyal doggy in the eye and then eat them, can you? Any more than you could eat a person. And you wouldn't do that. Would you? Doctor Lecter?
