Do we even know when it is yet as I would think this one has a possibility of being selected for TV? Or have I missed the televised games already being announced? I can’t recall how long before they normally announce them. doubt we would be on TV considering we are at home. If only they checked our recent home FA Cup results.... Guessing Wrexham will be one, because its Wrexham. Id like to see Walsall rocking up at Sheppey United on TV too! Mansfield v Wrexham is just really a routine L2 fixture with a good chance the home team will win

Non league at home to league will always get the nod for live tv . Yeah there are probably 4 or 5 ties that meet that. Plus Charlton v Cray will probably get picked

Plus maybe an outside chance of Ramsgate v Woking due to the lowliness of Ramsgate. Would also imagine Crewe v Derby would be ahead of us with it being relatively local and Derby being probably the best supported team in the draw for viewing figures.

I've heard that the Charlton v Cray game will be Sunday tea-time, subject to police approval.

They are the new Salford

Watched the 2-2 on youtube between Chelmsford and Whitby and they have some very skilfull nippy young players - nonleague has changed since when i was a lad. Ironically the teams who mainly caused upsets used to defend in bulk and just hot the League club on the counter so it will suit us if they try and outplay us

Hopefully it’ll be more Darlington 6-0 than any of the recent upsets that have come our way.

Agree about the magic of the cup, but it's a shame that they've done away with replays in the later rounds.

Yes indeed, too many fixtures now for the top teams as most of them seem to get into a European tournament for being mediocre in the premiership. Pathetic

3pm Saturday.
Probably best for the travelling fans. Let's hope someone tells them it is cashless. If they go straight into the ground to soak up the atmosphere and look to experience the fantastic standards at a proper league ground (sic) then find out they can't get any food or drink by jobsworth staff, it's gonna be a long hungry day.
I would have thought we would have an announcement soon that it is going to be only two sides of the ground open to try and kill Rovers fans enthusiasm and save a few quid on stewards and pasty hut staff.
Instead why don't they make it kid a quid and £3 for students? Bristol seems to be swarming with them. A cheap deal for those at the UWE and University could attract future fans.

Charlton at home against non-league opposition and they get theirs televised. The London effect i suppose. Thought they could have done better than Crewe v Derby as well - Marine V Harrogate, Hereford v Gills, Kiddy V Fleetwood etc...its round one show the non league guys

The Charlton game is a local derby, I guess that may be the attraction. Plus Charlton are a "big" name in the early rounds, not that long ago they were in the Championship. I'm hoping for a giant killing. Charlton at home against non-league opposition and they get theirs televised. The London effect i suppose. Instead why don't they make it kid a quid and £3 for students? Bristol seems to be swarming with them. A cheap deal for those at the UWE and University could attract future fans. As predicted a two sided stadium! This really drains the atmosphere and means quite a few don't attend as they can't stand in their chosen place. Bit like cashless, fans don't get a choice. Not really the way to do business? At least it is kid a quid, but no doubt this will mean just a few mentions on Twitter and the website, so they preach to the converted. If they had any sense they would be trying to communicate this with every school and youth club in Whitby to try and get as many kids to come down to see their towns big day, which means a higher crowd as their parents also attend. Incidentally, does anyone know if the club try and contact local schools/ youth football teams etc to make sure they spread the word that it is only a quid? The catchment area from Bradley Stoke to Warmley, St Anne's to Hallen and everywhere in between must be great. All it needs is someone to design a poster, and send a pdf version by email to 30-40 contacts and et voila. 45 minutes work at a cost of £15 and the rewards could be multiplied by hundreds. Instead you get the feeling the club won't bother to advertise it, but they might ask the CT to try and promote it instead.

Unless I've misread the info, the West Stand is open.
The West Terrace is closed but seating in the West Stand is open as usual.
