Not the best game, having said that were one up and we have hit the post and bar and Marquis has missed twice when in behind them. It could be 5-0 with better finishing and a bit of luck. Just hope Newport don't now sneak an equaliser, although that does look unlikely. |

Marquis can sit the second half out, seriously poor He’s not a striker who should be in a squad for a team looking to break out the division. One to move on as his better days are long long gone. |

Must win tonight for Mangs. Anything but the win and we need to look elsewhere Really ? I don’t think anyone takes this competition seriously enough for this match to be make or break whether Mangan gets the job. I certainly hope not anyway , I’d like to think the decision will be made based on many things but wouldn’t expect a crappy cup game in front of 300 to be high on the agenda. |

Enjoying it so far, Brown looking after the ball really well. Evans different class, worth the tenner just to see him in this form. Gibbons has been decent. On another day would be at least 5 up at half time.

Although I assume Belshaw will be off in January and we'll then get in another No 2. |

LT and the Pink Booted one have both hit the post.
Again though we have players not wired for sound
Grant and Brown don’t seem interested …
Evans doing very well driving us forward.

When we signed him I remembered all of this goals he used to bang in for Doncaster and was quite excited but he’s been pretty poor overall , needs 4 clear cut chances to score one goal. |

Took a while for us to get into stride , AC out of sorts early on , Marquis what are you doing? Class strike from Evans , bit of an odd atmosphere
a bit training ground like , surely must come away with a rout.
LT if he tries looks a class above.

Yeah thinking back to Barnsley the sitter JM missed (header in front of the thatchers) and hasn’t really improved since.
Let’s get this sewn up in next 20 and then protect the top lads.
