HDMI via laptop works fine for me. Likewise I screen mirror on my smart TV, but that only works because I am... sailing... the high seas... sorry not sorry. Well in fairness we are the pirates… |

Brought a dongle and hdmi lead ….. connected ipad to tv but got just sound and no pictures 🙄

Same as many subscription apps, eg sky go on mobile. Screen mirroring also doesn’t work You can do what I did though and watch it on the laptop and connect via hdmi. |

Have always used a laptop and for the last year a Chromebook. Go into ifollow via club site and run stream. Connect via hdmi to tv and away you go. Have to add ,upgraded my wireless internet to full fibre to the house a few months ago and ifollow has worked perfectly. |

I used to screen mirror from my iPad or MacBook to my Samsung TV. Then they seemed to purposefully block it about 12 months ago. Seems to be a rights protection thing to stop people streaming to TVs in public places e.g. pubs.
Disappointing but is what it is. As suggested HDMI cables from a laptop are probably the only way around it. Or one thing I have done recently is I have successfully used the web browser to login on my Samsung TV for games which aren't blocked the Saturday 3pm blackout - I expect other brands have browsers too that could be used. Takes forever to login though unless you have a keyboard and you're probably better off making the purchase on a phone or tablet.

I have another question re: iFollow.. Can I watch the replay straight after the match if ive paid the £10 for it,, Id like to watch at about 07:00am here which is midnight in the uk  ? The game is on 02.45am here so would like to wake up and watch it straight away ( i get he feeling ive asked his question before but maybe I was drunk or didnt get the answer) |

I use an android tablet with an HDMI connection connected to smart tv. Works well. However I find if I connect through the Gas web site I sometimes get the revolving circle thing. I have downloaded and installed the ifollow app for the Gas and connect up through that. Hope this helps.
