Seems a decent character , mabey not top of my list , but can see the appeal and glad we've got the appointment done so we can move on and hopefully make
inroads in or around the top six. January may be the diff there.

Thanks for that Sean. Much more insightful than the interview the club put out. Pretty clear towards the end also that he will be bringing in a couple of his own people once he's settled in. |

Well , just landed in Manchester for a weekend away with the wife.
Driving up the M6 and passed two Vito’s full of scousers and bottles of Corona all over the shop.
I’m glad Roadman didn’t see this as I think he’d have been straight on the forum and got 6 points on the old licence for texting and driving.
It’s a great time to be a gashead! Onwards and upwards!

As is the case with all who are tasked with the management of our great club good luck Matt Taylor, we are in a reasonable position and the oppertunity is there for you to get the best out of a talented squad, with tomorrows cancellation you have the chance to implement your ideas and show us you are more tactically aware than the prev regime, we are all behind you.

I hate why clubs allow these clips to go out to the public. If that was the true speech, it wasn’t the best. Won’t really impact anything in the long run, but just don’t get what is shows or proves to us fans. Saying ‘this is a good squad but we need a great squad’ isn’t the best way to say you believe in what is in the room! Oh well I’m fully behind the chap but please brfc media, stop posting cringey stuff like that. |

Saying ‘this is a good squad but we need a great squad’ isn’t the best way to say you believe in what is in the room! Oh well I’m fully behind the chap but please brfc media, stop posting cringey stuff like that. He didn't say that he said "this is a good squad of players. But we have to be a winning squad it's what footballs all about" He also said he only took the job because of one thing and that was because of the players sat in that room. I thought that was a brilliant thing to say personally. I thought it was an excellent clip to show us what he's saying to the team. I'd like to see a lot more behind the scenes stuff like this. |

Apologies, I stand corrected, that’s what happens after a few glasses of wine and trying to watch it whilst trying to put my kids to bed!!! Lesson learnt there… listened again, much better line, phew. Still don’t like these types of releases. Excited to see the new gaffer taking charge. |
