Yeah yeah yeah…. I wanna know who the two extra loons we have amongst us as the Tory vote has doubled ! 😮 I reckon inee is one, maybe William Wilson or Newmarket to go with France and Super, Dr F for SNP and Eric for Reform. 😉 I'm not voting in the poll. Some won't believe me but I always vote for the candidate not the party, and since I don't live in a UK constituency (and would have the choice of a couple of very different constituencies if I did) it's not a relevant choice I can make. Long story short there's another right-wing lunatic lurking here somewhere...

"Researchers at Savanta found Sir Keir Starmer beat Rishi Sunak by 44% to 39% in the first TV debate.
An initial snap poll, published by YouGov after the clash, had suggested Mr Sunak narrowly came out on top - with 51% of the audience believing he fared better than Sir Keir.
However, another published this morning had a different result.
Researchers at Savanta found Sir Keir Starmer beat Rishi Sunak by 44% to 39%.
Savanta said Sir Keir outperformed Mr Sunak on NHS and public services 63% to 25%, on the economy 52% to 36%, and defence and security 43% to 41%.
Pollsters at the firm also found Sir Keir "came across as most honest" 54% to 29% for Mr Sunak, and that the Labour leader "remained the calmest" 51% to 36% for the Conservative prime minister.
Chris Hopkins, Savanta political research director, said in a statement: "Presentationally, it felt like the prime minister had the upper hand at times - in particular towards the end of the debate - and although our figures suggest he lost narrowly, he probably still outperformed expectations."

TBF if I'd known about the statute of limitations on charges about lying on the Electoral Register I wouldn't have placed the bet. Without that being a charge against her the rest are a lot harder to prove because they all follow on from the initial lie... Do your homework next time. 1-0 Yatton. I did a *lot* of homework. She's guilty of lying about where she lived for five years and benefiting financially from that. All the public evidence (including her own social media accounts) backs this up. Did the police charge her? No, statue of limitations mean they can't. Worth mentioning again that the statement did not clear her in any way of anything she was accused of, it just said the police were taking no further action but were passing information onto HMRC and the Council. Makes you wonder what information they passed on if nothing dubious had happened.

Not really because HMRC and the council cleared her of any wrong doing after receiving the info from the police. There’s a higher chance the police passed over the info as an FYI in case any details were missed. Evidentially, nothing in there suggests she was guilty or did any wrongdoing

Yeah I saw this, I thought this poll was a lot more in depth than “who performed better?”. As a performance Sunak definitely did perform better, but as a debate I think it was obvious Starmer held the upper ground, as time has gone on, that’s only furthered enforced as Sunak is has been proven to just make up lies. Again.

"The UK’s official statistics regulator is looking into a claim the Conservatives are making about the tax burden families could face if Labour wins the general election. The Office for Statistics Regulation - which is the independent regulatory arm of the UK Statistics Authority - is exploring the veracity or otherwise of the Tory claim that Labour tax rises would amount to just over £2,000 over four years per working household. It isn’t known precisely how long its investigation will take. When an inquiry is complete, its conclusion becomes public, as the OSR publishes any correspondence it sends to those who have been complained about." -- Bloody hell, another body in bed with Labour it seems

Starmer is a Multimillionaire. Don't tell me he knows how it feels to struggle with bills. As I said, I imagine he has much more of an idea. Next time, read the post. I read the post thank you. And as I say how would a millionaire know the struggles to pay bills. Next time read my reply.

So does my wife. I can guarantee her parents struggled more that anyones on here but she would no more vote Labour than you would Tory. How can you guarantee that? I'll happily go through my wife's upbringing as a child in rural Ireland in the late 60s/70s compared to the UK.

Certainly not embarrassing. Rayner knows she's a liar, the country knows she's a liar, She knows that the country knows she's a liar. GMP were no more going to charge Angie than Durham Police were going to charge Starmer. We all know that except those who are blind or blinkered ... ring any bells Yatton? So if the police charge her, she's guilty. But if they don't charge her, she's guilty but the police are in bed with Labour Do you ever have the guts to admit you were wrong? I'm not wrong you know it deep down she lied. Why when neighbours said they would stand up in court under oath to day she didn't live there. When you got married Gassy you lived apart from your new wife did you? Come on please who the hell does that?

You don't believe Boris lied to the queen or lied to parliament, so forgive me if I have a lack of trust in your believing of who lies and who doesn't.

My partners father was sent to war and her mother brought her up under the iron curtain while planes dropped bombs on their heads every night. But hey, you know best.

See you've misread it again. I didn't say he doesn't know, I said he'd have much more of an idea than a Billionaire. So when you said, "Don't tell me he knows how it feels to struggle with bills." - I didn't. Millionaires can definitely have problems paying bills, depending on their circumstances. Billionaires really won't. I don't think Starmer also pretended to struggle paying the bills, unlike Sunak. So I repeat. Next time read it

So someone worth £50M would understand the struggles of paying household bills compared to someone with £100m+ ...got it. So I repeat explain yourself fully next time. Christ if a Multimillionaire struggles with their household bills they're living way beyond their means and should downsize.

I didn't say a multi-millionaire would struggle paying household bills. Can you point me exactly to where I said that? I said " millionaires can definitely have problems paying bills, depending on circumstances." EG, those who inherit property immediately become millionaires. Many millionaires with huge estates have problems paying bills, this is a known problem. Also, I'm not sure you understand what a Billionaire is. It's not someone with the worth of "£100m+". Perhaps google it. Hopefully you'll look into the detail of the posts next time

I was comparing two multimillionaires where in your book the one with the lesser amount would understand the struggles compared to the other. OK so someone with only £900m would understand the struggle to pay bills compared to a £1 Billionaire. Perhaps you should Google Starmer net worth and understand my reply that he personally doesn't understand etc etc

At the end of day francegas , you were WRONG . You were WRONG about Starmer and currygate. Why can’t you just accept & admit this and move on ?
