Tickets for STH are there, people just gotta ease on the panic and actually locate it. They're not. Have you logged into your rovers ticketing account? Not the website. It’s the web address that starts “eticketing.co.uk” ‘Norwich City FA Cup Third round’ replay should be right there on the first screen after entering, with a find tickets option. I don’t have an actual seat but an East Terrace ST that has a random seat number printed on the card.

Think I got one of the last ones available. This after having messed around for 20 minutes on an iPad trying my debit card and 3 credit cards which kept getting blocked. I switched to my work laptop and got one using my debit card without a problem. All a bit shambolic in true blue Rovers style

If you are a season-ticket holder your tickets will be available, the tickets that were for sale online tonight were the one’s not reserved for season ticket holders. If you can’t locate them online, I’am sure if you either contact the club or go to the ground before 5pm Wednesday, you will be able to purchase the tickets which you are entitled to.

I had trouble locating my reserved ticket but it was there all the time. I logged in from scratch and it didn’t work! Panic! However after reading on here about clicking on the icon of a guy top right (thanks whoever posted that) I tried it and my reserved ticket was there. Phew.
However, nobody seems to mention that although the prices are reasonable they are way higher than at Norwich. My 65+ seat at Norwich was £5, it’s 3 times that at The Mem! Much as I love The Mem it’s not a patch on Carrow Road. UTG.

If I could figure out how to post a screenshot, I'd show you.

That’s why it should have been in the reserved section as a ST holder. Anyway pete sorted it for me and probably everyone else

As above I wasn't able to go anyway and don't think it'll be the end of the world for my old man, but still looks to be another cock up. I'm hopeful that either it's a system error or the club has realised their error and suspended sales and would be surprised if even with the carrot of a Liverpool game and the cheap pricing we could sell 7500 (rough estimate after away allocation) in three hours, especially when so many season ticket holders seem to have missed out. Otherwise the club are presumably going to have to compensate season ticket holders in some way as this is mis-selling.

Seems like half of you aren’t looking in the right place? Don’t go into the game, go into your profile / manage tickets:reserved tickets Others with terrace have confirmed it’s there Percy Definitely wasn’t anything reserved in my or sons profile when I bought both ours (7.20ish) had to buy them as if just buying for a normal game This for me also

No tickets in my eticket account. (West Enclosure season ticket). Sent Pete an email, but reading elsewhere, it seems like a colossal f*ck up.

Seems awfully shambolic and complicated! And to think back in the early 50s we drew at Newcastle (5th or 6th round i think!)that was Saturday, tickets for following Tuesday replay went on sale at Eastville Sunday (i think) massive queues ! no problem! True Rovers style we lost replay of course! I remember it but was not allowed to go, my older brothers did and it is a cherished memory for them.

Whipped on and got my East Terrace ticket when i found out there seemed to be an issue.
From what I could see, i could have purchased multiple Thatchers End tickets

Lot of upset and angry people today if it has been a free for all like it seems.

It's a cock up from someone somewhere. All ST holders are allocated a 'seat' even on the terrace. I am row 1 seat 30 for example on the East Terrace. I presume the whole point of that is precisely so we don't have the free for all and those 'seats' are reserved, just like an actual seat in the stand

Bet they’ve held back tickets for ALL season ticket holders. you would like to think.but all my group have had to buy a ticket with no indication on the accounts of a reserved ticket. Now you see people have had options to buy multiple tickets you can see the concern In this day and age its not to difficult to put out a message on their various media outlets and stop the worry confusion and anger

Why can't the club just issue a press release to clarify what's going on?

People gloating on Facebook groups (another reason to avoid them) that they have 12 tickets and don't even have a season ticket.
Well, f**k you.

Lot of upset and angry people today if it has been a free for all like it seems. Bet they’ve held back tickets for ALL season ticket holders. If that's the case why haven't they tweeted that, as surely somebody from the club reads this forum etc and can see that fans are concerned about the issue? The concern is some fans can see their reserved tickets but others can't, which seems a bit odd if they've all been kept back.
