Ifollow was undoubtedly dreamed up to increate additional revenue for clubs when allowing away supporters the opportunity to watch their team without the hassle of travelling. It may have developed in to a counter productive idea as it’s abused around the country through illegal streaming. It may have to be rethought as more people see it as a munch cheaper and more comfortable option? Shame, as it will never beat actually being there, if you can afford it. Midweek games are shown on iFollow in the UK there's nothing illegal about watching those games?

Can see iFollow prices going up soon. Especially if Sat 3pm games become allowed in the UK. £10 for a sitting room full of gas is a bargain. I like it, as I cant really get back for mid week games. Mean rovers get my ST money, the £13 extra if I resell it on exchange plus £10 from iFollow. Lovely.

There is if you are not paying for the pleasure and “streaming illegally “ The kind of person who does that is going to do that regardless of the legality of watching ifollow domestically after paying a fee. Most gasheads watching streams probably pay for ifollow regardless of if they need a VPN to watch.

Plenty on here happy to stay in the warm and watch with a few tins. Each to there own I suppose.

I would far rather go to a game as it's not just about the game for me, it's being back in Bristol and seeing mates for a beer before and after. Seeing my dear old 91 year old mum as well, still in the same house in Bishopston! However as a Sussex exile ifollow is a brilliant way to still watch games, vpn or not, and much of the money ends up with the club, which is great. If there is a loser here it is Chichester City FC of the Isthmian League who I would go and watch on a Saturday afternoon when I couldn't see the Gas

If watched through ifollow then at least the club gets a share of the revenue (I would like to think), so those paying for ifollow even using a VPN is helping the club. Those who have an illegal streaming service, the money they have paid will never go to the clubs bank directly.

I've no idea of the split between illegal and legal streams, clearly the clubs don't see it as a concern or they'd stop using iFollow, I assume it will get even worse next season when more games are shown on Sky making it even easier to stream games illegally.

I go to the vast majority of home games and the odd away game. There’s not a single game that I’d attend if I couldn’t watch on ifollow. The games I don’t go to are because it’s too much effort or expense to attend in person, or I’m otherwise occupied. You can’t beat the senses of being in a stadium in person.
