The fact he's doing a GoFundMe rather than a JustGiving absolutely honks. This is because the money is going to HIM. He reckons he will use it to cover his legal fees and countersuit. Apparently *if* he comes out of this with any profit it will be *that* which is donated to Alder Hey. If he had just asked his followers to donate directly (or via a JustGiving page) then Alder Hey would have a guaranteed amount and also benefitted from Gift Aid. |

What did he think was going to happen? As a public figure no matter what someone has said about you, you can't accuse someone of what he accused Vine of, in writing, published in a public forum, without expecting to be sued. I'd take him to the cleaners if he made that accusation about me.

I can’t stand Jeremy vine but you can’t go around calling people a nonce on social media without any proof and I hope vine takes him to the cleaners, I’ve got no idea but isn’t this the sort of thing you could do time for ?
