I think everyone at the club hope they stay up.
For the club finances it would be much better.
Next season who would bring bigger away support Cheltenham, Burton or Cambridge? With that comes more food and drink sales and a few ancillary benefits such as more programme and 50/50s and possibly shop sales.
There would be less travel costs, a better carbon footprint for the team, scouts and fans so it would be a win/win situation. (Although if DC improves them as much as he has done, they will probably have more chance of taking the 3pts of us than the other two, albeit Burton are one of many bogey sides).

DC. A great guy. Who would have thought 10 years ago that he would gain legendary status with us, then move on and still be as popular. To be manager when we went out of the league yet work so hard to redeem the situation, gain two promotions give us our club back. A genuine guy. I hope Cheltenham do another ‘great escape.’

Always look out for DC's results - really hope that he keeps Cheltenham up. I keep an eye on Cogs' career too, as I thought that he was a decent bloke, who probably didn't get treated very well. Up the DC fan club!  |

I love DC I'd rather have had him back to replace Barton tbh!
He's a smashing chap and that double promotion will live long in the memory.
Hope he leads Cheltenham to safefy.

I’m not with him, he did a great job for us, top top bloke, he really got us and what we are all about.
But I’m not hoping that Cheltenham stay up, couldn’t care less, the way we’re going we’ll be down there next season, I lost interest at the end of August last year, it’s been a slog to get enthusiastic about my club since then, let alone Cheltenham.
DC is a great guy just to be clear.

Would rather have smaller local teams in league one than smaller teams hundreds if miles away in league one.

The pile of cr@p in Ashton is the best we as a region have to offer.
