What are the stats per 90 minutes?? Hopefully he is only signing as a squad player. I expect he will be on a lot less than Finley, so it will allow us to spend elsewhere. If we keep Rossitier. With Ward, Conteh, Evans and Rossitier who ever else we bring in will be to cover them. So if he's being brought in to cover injuries, he could be a good squad player. If he's being brought in to be a first team regularly, then that doesn't fill me with any confidence. But I will give him a chance, like I do with everyone. We might not even sign him😂 Those are per 90.  😬 |

We will have to sign some back up players, so don't expect to be absolutely dazzled by every signing. 100% and we need bodies who aren't going to spend the whole season injured If Kite is signing as back up to Conteh to me that's sensible business. If he's signing as a starter/Finley replacement then it indicates we are really scaling back the budget. |

Likely to be much later in the summer, but if we could get one or two attacking pieces of the jigsaw in early - with pace and power - then not only would this forum cheer the eff up but would help us attract more players.
Would laugh after all the nonsense if our first signing was someone known by his 3 initials. Though will have to wait til after the play offs!

It's very easy to judge players on their past, especially with more experienced players. The key thing is to sign young players who are improving and on the up, why can't that be Hartridge and Kite? Young age, good attitude, games under thier belt, local lads as well, what's not to like? We absolutely should be going for players like this.

One year left and only 22 so will probably need a little cash, but anyone think Lorent Tolaj from Aldershot is worth looking at? Make a nice change from our players playing there. No doubt Jones and Greenslade will be there next season?!

Think he's contracted to Burnley until 2026 but had only made a couple of bench appearances in the FA cup

Read today that Celtic are prepared to listen to offers in the region of £300K for Bosun Lawal - Guy was a colossus at Fleetwood.
Commanding at Centre Back and can bring the ball forward well.
Would wear the Quarters very well.
Think Derby County might be interested though.
