Northampton and Cambridge first two home games are ok. Rotherham and Stockport two hard away games will be a test and give us an idea whereas stand compared to two fancied sides.

I am struggling to get excited - Mixture of being away for the first few games and still way too much to do signings wise.
Guaranteed will change watching from France in early August

17:30 ? - is that because of TV ? Yes, all the opening games are being televised. Barnsley v Mansfield is on Friday night, the rest are all 5.30 KOs on the Saturday. Championship games are at 12.30, with League 2 kicking off at 3pm.

All opening games at 1730 how ridiculous, in my opinion.

All opening games at 1730 how ridiculous, in my opinion. On a positive note we've been usually poor playing at 3 on the opening day!

For any glass half full rather than half empty types. Last time we played Northampton at home on the opening day we lost (obviously) but went on to get promoted 👀

See this variable kick off thing is a problem. Buy a season ticket on the basis of Sat 3pm's and then it changes. Not everyone can go to football on a Sat night.

That looks a very tough start to the season. The first 8/9 games are mostly against teams who'll be looking at top 10 or higher.
Northampton/Cambridge at home become immediate must wins a little tbh

So as far as I can see the only game of ours that will be shown on Sky is the opening game? If so, is ifollow still available to those of us permanently or temporarily overseas, or have I misunderstood the whole thing?

I believe that iFollow is still available next season to those living overseas or those of us who have the occasional short trip abroad for a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon.

I thought iFollow had been kicked into touch and some other company had won the foreign TV rights? If so you sense watching games next season isn't going to be as easy as getting an "international" season ticket and a VPN.
