Not that it really matters but promoted clubs have 3 seasons to sort out an all seated stadium.

I'm not getting too optimistic. We have made 5 good sighnings (on paper) but this is Rovers so I'll.make an estimated judgement by early January. You may be sighing about those 5 good sighnings in January, GH73 .....

My only worry about the championship (other than relegation) is having an all seater stadium if our stadium capacity is 12’300 and 3’000 of it is seated how is it possible to make it an all seater stadium in one summer? You get (I think) three seasons to get it up to scratch

Win some, lose some with draws in between. But try to win them all and I’ll be happy😁

South stand alone seats 3,400 add the East and West stands and it's almost half the capacity, plus reconstruction of the East Stand/ Terrace already being talked about.

What is inspiring for me is the enthusiasm that the new players have expressed in interviews.
I love that so many of them are fired up with purpose and have bought into the ambitions of this club. Some have even shown their love for football.
I’ll hold off with a ground-breaking goal thread until a little later but I’m super energised that we might be talking about promotion. The bus is ready.
The very best players with potential will want to join a club that is a) going places and b) want to help them get better. For some, Rovers is that team and why can’t it be us.
We haven’t just picked up free transfers this time we’ve spent money on potential.
Exciting times for so many.

Aren’t all footballers enthusiastic and excited when signing for a new club?

Don’t think we’ll be getting promoted but it would be great to have a season when we challenge, when we’re looking up and not down. And if we can be competitive, try and play attacking football I’ll be happy. Promotion? No idea but if we get the chance we have to take it. None of this talk about ‘waiting until we’re ready.’ COYB!
UTG!

With the length of contracts given to the new players, I think next season will be a bedding down period.
I would expect a relatively quiet January and Sumer 2025 window, with a bit of fine tuning of the squad to make a concentrated push for a top ten/play off place in 2025/26.

I would expect a relatively quiet January and Sumer 2025 window, with a bit of fine tuning of the squad to make a concentrated push for a top ten/play off place in 2025/26. We have Connolly, Wilson, Sinclair, Ward, Martin, Brown, McCormack, Hunt, Lawerence, Hall and Shaw all out of contract at the end of the season. Not as many to replace or renew as this summer but still a fair bit of an upheaval. If we have a good start to the season I think we'll bring a few in during January and then as you say fine tune next Summer. Do think we have a plan in place to push on....would be nice to be in and around the play offs 2025/26 and push for promotion 2026/27 Out of the ones out of contract at the end of this season the only one's I can see being renewed is Ward (1yr), Martin (1yr), Brown (1yr), McCormack (2yrs), Lawerence (2yrs) and Shaw (2yrs)....that's if they perform this season, they want to stay and MT sees them in his plans....same as Sinclair, Hoole and Rossiter this summer....helps with continuity!
