I have a sneaky feeling Sky chose that one not because of the appeal of the Gas, but the greater commercial clout of the once non league minnows Stockport.

Just been on the Now TV site. £15 for a 24 hour pass to all Sky Sports TV channels, but doesn't give access to "bonus streams" which includes nin-featured EFL games. You have to buy a month pass for that at £26 per month with a minimum contract of 6 months.

Somebody from the other forum had a response that Rovers have withdrawn from ifollow. I can see a BRTV link on the club website but it's currently blank. Looks like they are taking it inhouse. That probably explains the broken link. We've go a month to sort it out, I suppose, but don't hold your breath. Jeez - something else for us to mess up!

Imagine it's an EFL led channel not just Rovers own? Assuming the guy we recruited from West Ham is still at the club then at least we've got somebody in charge of our media.

So can someone explain please - are we saying that certain matches will be live on sky+ but that the rest can be streamed into say a pc if you subscribe to sky on an annual basis ?
Is ifollow still going to stream for people who live abroad.
I realise in a few weeks it will be evident but for now I still don’t quite understand

Am sure there will be some clarity from the club at some point.

My main fear is if its via a new service what will the cost be? I can see it being more than the £140 iFollow were charging for the season.

Yes I have a feeling that all clubs will do this and iFollow will cease to exist. Its good to know that Bolton are also charging £140 for this.

Having asked the question , i have discovered this:With an increase in number of games, will there be any other new matches available to view that aren’t currently?
Under the new deal, the following will be available to view: 10 weekend games across the three divisions All opening and final day fixtures in the Sky Bet EFL All midweek league fixtures All bank holiday fixtures including Easter, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day All fixtures played in League One & Two during international breaks All Play-Off, Carabao Cup and EFL Trophy fixtures (as above)
it seems to be all games except those between 2.45 and 5.15pm on a Saturday .
Rovers have confirmed that they will stream all matches live for overseas fans

Where have Rovers ever confirmed they will screen all their matches for overseas fans?

Below is what Bolton are offering by way of an International Season Ticket this season, so what are the "eligible games" every league game, every league game not being shown on Sky, or just the games shown on Sky

I presume (please Lord!) it's not really run in-house but is a licensed package tailored for each club, for which the club pays a fee for commercial use and takes some cut of revenues.

"Other media" seems to now run all the EFL websites, hopefully it's just a standard package they sell and not something each club has to manage itself!
Although odd Bolton have already announced their packages but still nothing on our website.

Where have Rovers ever confirmed they will screen all their matches for overseas fans? They'd be stupid not to. 8 fans x £15 per game. That'd be £120 per game they'd be missing out on. Over the course of the season, that would pay for at least 10 gourmet sausage rolls in the Blackthorn end!

Ifollow audio packages are still available in the uk. Ifollow matches will not be available in the uk but will be for overseas customers in their relevant markets. Coventry city website gives a comprehensive guide about this.
