No doubt he is a good player and played very well against us at the Mem last season but if we want goals then he isn't the the answer at all, especially with the asking price around 500k

Could turn out to be a good replacement for Thomas. Afterall, he only scored 5 in 37 appearances. Looks like he can play LW, RW and CF. Could be a good utility player.

Very direct , pacey , happy to run with the ball - Awkward to play against.
Never worth £500k - but would be an interesting signing for a sensible fee.

DC said we wouldn't sell MT for less than £10m just before he left for £350K. The only issue is if Barnsley are seriously interested then you just know they'll outbid us. |

It was a facetious comment due to a poster suggesting that 6 goals in 34 appearances wasn't good enough, whereas we seem to big up Thomas who scored 5 in 37. How much would a 15+ goals young L1 striker cost though, £500K/£750K? Looking at the home game v Northampton highlights, he looked a right handful, although Nathan Blissett probably did in the Rovers v Kiddy game!!! |

If I was him there is only one club I would be signing for! This is the season that DC has to concur or will always be a low league no budget manager. We are still building and are miles behind lots of teams in our league but imho are now on the right road. It’s all very good listing players after players but it’s boring sorry, if that is your passion then try and get a job in football and I honestly wish you the best of luck but I think we now have a dof who is thinking outside the box. No disrespect to you or anybody else but we have to trust what we have and not bash them all the time. |

He just showed a heat map suggesting he plays mostly down the right wing. I for one enjoy his posts, very insightful |
