Standard price for football shirts these days. I'm sure Macron increased prices their end too. I think this is actually a bit cheaper than a lot of shirts these days. Crazily!

Club shop opens at 10 so if there’s an announcement on home kit, it will likely be soon. Get the impression we’ll be waiting a few more weeks for that one Source? Or just something else you've made up/apparently read somewhere on X? Looks like logical thinking to me, may not be weeks but who knows.

As much as I tried I couldn't make myself like last year's away shirt, but I've just ordered 2 of these, it looks great. First post Dave Bright era design...wasn't impressed with his contribution last year.

Reckon we should get 1995 Marcus Stewart headbands for the Huddersfield away fixture..... In hindsight could've been a bit of fun and a MND fundraiser.

Thinking of pairing a 5XL version of this with the retro swim shorts for an amazing look on the beach.

Nice shirt, shocking price. Still, I treat it as £25 for the shirt and the rest is a donation to the black hole of the clubs losses. Standard price Talking of football shirts cost, just had a look at the cost of other football shirts. England official shirt £84.55, Swindon Town & Bristol City £55, clubs really need to come up with decent designs for fans to part with their hard earned money at these prices.

First post Dave Bright era design...wasn't impressed with his contribution last year. I'd heard mumblings that the ideas for last seasons away kit were good. Until Bright got involved, heard he was also responsible for such a late delivery and a lack of real braille on it. It seems Weymouth and that bloke from Terrace are dealing with Macron for this season and next. Assume this means we'll get the shirts more than a week before the season starts

Darby Rimmer across the headband would be good too Was just thinking out loud. Would just be nice if someone in the Darby Rimmer fundraising team was aware of the headband/kit connection. Due to my own neuro condition I haven't really got the time/energy to research it. EDIT:- Messaged Darby Rimmer and clubs, you never know

All of them, including us, are taking the p!ss at these prices. Exploiting the loyalty of dedicated and not necessarily well-off fans with an overpriced bit of lycra that probably costs some Vietnamese sweatshop $2 to produce. Still, it's all about supply and demand. If people weren't silly enough to buy them, they'd have to reduce the prices. Give it a season or two and we'd soon have the prices down to £30. And if you think that paying over the odds is supporting the club and therefore worthwhile, what percentage of that astronomical markup from the foreign supplier do you think the club gets?

To be fair, if you take into account inflation, football shirts are pretty much the same as 30 years ago. A replica shirt in the early 90’s was circa £29.99. If you take average inflation into account they should now be £62.50.
Expensive? Yes. But for a genuine product that the owner is likely to wear a lot? In context they are not bad value. I’d love to say otherwise but they are no dearer than 30 years ago (pre- prem) 👍🏾

Yes, but arguably far cheaper to produce (in relative terms) than they were back then; so the mark-up is effectively much bigger.

Is the front of the shirt design replicated on the back, or is it solid green?
Ie almost quarters, or plain?
