Why does everything on here always turn into petty squabbling, seriously pathetic.

Jurgen klopp for me, we d see some decent football. Probably not PC enough for old fashioned FA. How is political correctness "old fashioned"? How about Sarina Wiegman? There. I said it. Won the Euros and there is a certain synergy in losing to Spain in a final!

Not Been Southgates biggest fan and glad there's a chance of change but he has done a great job... Shame he just didn't have that tactical edge which we needed on 4 occasions to get over the line. I would like to thank GS for the last 8 years, but us some good memories.
It would be absolutely criminal to give it to someone like Lampard or Gerrard... Need to try and whoo Klopp or Pep with serious wonga.

Gareth has done a good job, his results generally, qualifying, tournaments have been good. However, despite all that the job expected of a Top International team, which is what we are, is to win a major tournament. Sadly, despite coming close he has ultimately failed, so right decision to step down and for us to move on in my opinion.
But, we’ll done Gareth, you’ve gave it your all , we came very close and good luck in the future 👍🏾

Get Joey in there. Liven things up a bit I would GENUINELY stop supporting England. Thankfully the FA are not as daft as BRFC

He handed in is registration, the Fa handed it to Kane, who handed it backwards to Foden who passed it on sideways to shaw who then handed it to the goalie

We've tried the top foreign manager trick before and it's never worked. It's got to be Eddie Howe for me. He manages to get his sides overperforming, adapting his tactics and approach to the talent at his disposal. Not sure if he'd want the job yet though.

Move to General Sport. Not Bristol Rovers related. It will be when they offer Matt Taylor the job and we get shed loads of compensation

Where will Southgate go? How about Rob Edwards, he gets a lot out of average players.

Where will Southgate go? How about Rob Edwards, he gets a lot out of average players. Will Southgate get a job? I can’t see a top half prem team offering him a managers job (Man U got linked in the media and the fans weren’t happy at all). If MT gets bombed out of here I wouldn’t Southgate. How have Chris Coleman or Jochim Loewe fared since international management?

I’d say Eriksson was on a par with Southgate - didn’t have enough to get past the first big hurdle in tournaments, it’s just Sven met top teams earlier as Southgate had beneficial draws and tournaments with a larger number of teams. Capello was a farce. Good on paper but didn’t speak English and knew very little about the English game. A foreign appointment can work if the FA pick the right man. In would need an English speaker and someone who has worked in England recently.

Klopp would be my choice. The argument that we've tried foreign managers doesn't really hold when we've tried English ones too. Previous foreign managers hadn't managed in the English game like Klopp, and I reckon that it would have been a far more enjoyable tournament with him managing us.

I don't personally care, but how about Serina Wiegman? She knows how to lead.
Guardiola would be funny, as he wouldn't be able to moan players out to other nations. Saying that, am certain Cole Palmer is native to Drumchapel 🏴
