Can anyone give me one players who’s improved under his management?
Other than Christmas last year it’s been woeful for much of his 46 games in charge.
I was a big advocate of him coming in and enjoyed the wind up on here but it’s time to go now.

We just are what we are , a lower / mid table league 1 side in a league 2 stadium with 7/8,000 crowds. I don’t know where all this expectancy has come from tbh and before anyone says our new owner said we could be premier league one day , it was a loaded question , itv asked “ do you think Rovers could ever get to the Premier league “? What was he supposed to say. I’m looking forward to Tuesday nights game because it’s a chance to pull clear of the bottom pack in to mid table and I can’t think of many times we’ve been that high after 10/12 games in league 1 since DC left , if at all ? Luton and Oxford hardly have better stadium and they've managed to progress so it's not that holding us back, plus the owners have been content to right off £3m/£4m a season so that 7/8K crowds effectively becomes 12K+ turnover wise, we should be competing with the likes of Blackpool & Lincoln not the Shrewsbury's of L1. Regardless it would be OK if we were a mid table club with the hope we could push on but we a club just outside the bottom 4 with a good chance a couple of bad results could plunge us into a relegation fight, plus what enjoyment does any fan, even the biggest happy clappers, get from watching us lose virtually every away game? It's baffling how any fan can try and make out MT's having a good season when he's probably a loss or two away from getting sacked. I didn’t say we’re having a good season. The football is dire and we’re 5 points off the play offs and 5 off relegation it is what it is we all know it. Also in my opinion Lincoln are punching slightly above their weight currently and Blackpool are only a couple of points above us and underachieving for the size of club they are. We’re doing neither just bumbling along in the bottom half of league 1 like we’ve done half of the time in the last 20 odd years, the other half of that we’ve been in league 2. I want better we all do but just because we signed a player for £500k ( big wow ) doesn’t mean we’re going to be challenging for honours. Also if you think our stadium and gates aren’t holding is back then you’re deluded. Occasionally a club with a small stadium and gates get it bang on but generally clubs with our set up and facilities are league 1 or 2. Throwing our toys out of the pram because we haven’t done a Luton is just plain silly.

Yesterdays game was woeful and played like a relegation threatened team shutting up shop from the start and chasing a point. I first went to Eastville in 1957 and did see some good exciting Rovers teams but now we seem to be going backwards AGAIN. Dodgy owners , poor manager and support staff . I pull my hair out in frustration that Bristol other that the shits few years in Div I doesn't have at least one side in the Premieship and another pushing towards that goal. This manager has to go. Players don't appear to support him by so many inept performances so far. Stoney ( Frustrated.) UTG

Win lose or draw you just want a rovers team to at least have a go. This is most weak minded rovers side I’ve ever seen. Probably not helped by a leader who breeds negativity, bigging up every opposition team we play.

Not sure I've seen anybody throwing any toys around but it would be just nice to see some progress for the £10m's the last two owners have spent.

More pathetic excuses and as mr Gasman said, bigging up the opposition before and after the game. In his post match interview he takes credit for getting a goal back with the substitutions ! . How about taking responsibility for going 3 down !. He Alienates fans and players. Kick him into Space !

The momentum was there if the funds had been made available.

To be honest I was excited by our signings but Taylor has knocked the stuffing out of them with boring set ups . FFS change before it's too late. Might have to cancel my promotion winning trip I was planning from Oz after Christmas. Can't stand the thought of us going down again. Stoney UTG

In prematch interviews, he is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. If he says, the opposition are sh.it some would acuse him of doing their team talk. It's a ridiculous comment. As for alienates fans. In the eyes of some fans, he was 'dead man walking' from the first minute of his first game against Cheltenham. Why should he bother trying to be friends with fans who would never accept him?

Why should he bother trying to be friends with fans who would never accept him? There's alot in between either/or tbf. He could change his language to still make the points without the superlatives. Huddersfield can have a good squad and play a strong game, rather than blowing smoke up their ar5e and calling them incredible. Likewise he would not call them sh1t but acknowledge that with our resources and preparation, we expect to get a positive outcome from the game.. It's not exactly difficult and most managers navigate this quite easily. As for alienating fans. Well, I doubt his name will be getting chanted before our next game, the attendances will drop off and his pre/post match speeches will not be getting high hits. Its a mess.

Tuesday is massive. We simply have to beat the teams below us. Let's see if the players put in a performance for the manager. What a depressing thought. For the rest of the season we’re in a mini league with the six teams below us and that’s it. Not much to look forward to. Win or lose tuesday let’s just get him out the door and get some fresh energy and positivity into the place.

Tuesday is massive. We simply have to beat the teams below us. Let's see if the players put in a performance for the manager. The effort levels were pretty good yesterday. We slowly lost the battle though, and once our resolve was broken it was an inevitable outcome. We will continue to lose the battle because our setup and strategy is unclear. Others teams who prepare against us will easily notice our ill discipline in and out of possession and tailor their game to beat us. All Huddersfield needed to do yesterday was turn our defenders and drop long balls into them. Our passing from defence gives away possession time and time again, which enables our territory to be dominated and isolates our strikers. We are probably the most careless side with the football that I've seen this year. It would be interesting to see stats on successful forward passes from our defenders. That's not completely the fault if the defenders BTW, because the MF and wide players should ideally be working hard to create simple passing options. So, the effort was there, to a degree..but the application and intelligence is miles off. WSM will probably cause us alot of problems due to these basic principles.

It’s a shame it hasn’t worked, I seem to recall at the time it was reported that WAQ was heavily involved in the selection process and Taylor was “his man” Let’s hope he doesn’t have much involvement when the inevitable happens because his record of picking managers is, in the main, woefully bad
