Wycombe Decision Early Next Week

With the head of the FA giving FIFA a bashing about fraud etc about world cup selection, you would think he would want to get his own house in order as well, because we could appeal to FIFA if we lost this case.....

If it is that big, that some people have hinted at. Then even if our claim is rubbished today, then I would expect Mr Smith to make more noise and go a bit further and higher than having Bristol Rovers challenge the FA/FL

That is if it as serious as some have hinted at..

So people with insider knowledge are becoming less confident now the decision is nigh then.Not criticising any of these people but can't help thinking that they have been receiving disinformation all along.Are any of them now worrying that may be the case or are they still confident in their sources honesty.

I've never been confident the authorities would relegate Wycombe and I have not thought we would replace them in L2. I don't think the people in charge have the balls to take it on. I do however believe the stuff I have been told.
I am not proud of much of my past but the facts are I was involved with people that are able to intimidate, threaten and abuse others to the point where I know even the Police have not been able to make charges stick as no one will testify. I have had stuff told me by a couple from this background. The only ones, in football, who could possibly take this on I believe are the premier league.
The best case I expected was a compensation package all along.
I would add that, if this were me, I would pursue it to the end as I am stupid like that but I would actually understand if others did not feel they wanted to do this.
I fully believe what I have been told as those involved have NEVER set me up to fall.
In a way, I hope it's over today so that we can stop the pulava and get on with the business of rebuilding a Football team and club. This is a massive distraction and is undermining the main situation of Football.

I do appreciate your backing Newmarket. I only pass on parts of what I get told. Much of the stuff, I have to keep schtum. Many would just think me a Walter Mittyesque character.

I don't know why this is winding you up mate ? Or are you trying to get under someone's skin to try to force their hand ?
There are a good few with decent and valid information but the very nature of the various problems leaves us all in a quandary. There is the Wycombe stuff, the UWE stuff and the boardroom stuff and this all before the football. There is so much going in that there are bound to be conflicting stories as each person interprets the information at hand.
Bristol has always been one of those places where information is never far, for those who persist in looking.

So,

Someone tells you something but asks you to keep a confidence but does not tell you to keep it a secret. Do I then break that confidence because others feel they have to know and are bothered that a few genuinely have been given a low down ?
Come on Dins. If you told me something but asked me to keep your identity quiet then I'd respect that.
At the end if the day it is up to you if you believe it or even read it. It does no good to get wound up by it mate.
Surely you must know our club have had loose talkers for many years ?
