What is so funny to you? Stats without context are meaningless. Please explain otherwise? It’s just rather amusing, it’s like he’s played Birmingham, Bolton, Huddersfield over the course of his time at rovers week in week out. 43 points from a possible 117 is shocking.

Did JB do any better before we went on the EA inspired run to promotion, I doubt it given we were relegated in his first season?

We didn’t but we are now 11 games in excluding cup games and it’s a painful watch, not as painful as Taylor’s interviews though.

But we have played 4 teams in the top 10 as well as Rotherham, Charlton and Peterborough so it's not like we've had an easy run of fixtures either. Again, for clarity, I'm not defending Taylors record this season but the stats show what we may expect to see from the games we've played. There is some context in relation to the opposition we've faced so far given that I'd say we are probably a mid to lower-mid table team.

Given up on Taylor and the ultra negative football.Bigger problem is the owner - lost all confidence in him after the fruit market off interview and the comment about the land.Reckon they will be off and away when the land at the quarters is sold. That will not happen quickly obviously so expecting us to be in the 💩 for a long time. The ground improvements? never gonna happen.

No and I’ve always struggled with “in as many games” line because where do you stop and start? The issue is the interviewers and we’ve always had nice friendly ones at Radio Bristol. I’d have stuck it back on him, 3 wins in 4 Matt but collectively the league table doesn’t lie nor the stats since you took over. For me the basic stats is we need 1.6 points a game to get us sniffing around 6th place, 1.7 should get you in the play offs. So to me a good run is where over 6 games we are getting 2 points a game as we are behind the curve already. A win Tuesday gives him and us a perfect bounce for us playing in a great stadium Saturday in front of over 1500 Gasheads supporting us. I felt last season Mangs fell flat in front of us a struggling Reading, if he’d have won that night, I think he might have got the job. MT can’t afford another Udders Saturday in front of a big away following, the Reading game is massive for him. If we win tomorrow night then I doubt it is that massive as you can't see the board sacking him when we're well clear of the bottom 4? If we fail to beat Exeter at home and also WSM in the cup then those two games could be more massive for him. if we can survive until after those two matches then he should then get a win from either Lincoln or Crawley. Which suggests he could be gone with a loss tomorrow or still here come mid to late November. Tonight should be a banker, I mean Marquis one of their biggest threats?! But Saturday, we’ve had Taylor Out chants at Wycombe home, at Udders some signing Barton In songs. I think a woeful display at Reading in front of 1500 plus might tip it over the edge, and we’d be loud there as well. I hope the bloke wins the next 2 games, turns the stats upside down for this season and come Saturday night at 5pm we are something like 2 points off the play offs. Just imagine it and that’s us playing bad this season as well?! I was at Boston under Trolls when we lost 2-0 I think in the February, we then got promotion that season from nowhere. I don’t see it with Taylor at all, but let’s hope we win tonight and if take a draw Saturday, 4 points would be a good return.

Totally agree Paul, but no confidence whatsoever that MT can turn things round. Like you I would be delighted with 4 points from the next two games.
