There will come a time if we're not careful that the Ground will be deemed not fit for purpose. What do you mean " Come a time " . I think we are already there. The stadium ( If I can call it that ) is a dump. Really think we have been led down the garden path for many many years. You'd have thought, we'd have done something about it by now. It's a disgrace.

It's the same thing everytime we have a new commercial director/CEO/Fans manager. Surely there is a list somewhere which each one compiled that never got ticked off. I can never understand why they need fans to tell them what needs improving, surely from his time at Lincoln & PV he's got his own list? Problems is for us is we've no idea what budget he's got, if he really wants fans views why doesn't he just hold a Fans Forum to discuss what can and can't be done? Were there any updates on the return of the big TV? I understand “The Big TV” was planned to be placed on top of the SW stand but the TV is too heavy!

I am very angry about the lack of communication and engagement with fans from the club.
I am also very angry as I don't see the point in someone from the club asking for fan feedback.

Having listened to the interview it all seems very positive from Richie Bates, who confirmed that the ground redevelopment is going ahead and the owners are still considering all the options before disclosing their plans to the fans. It also seems they are still considering where the large TV is going to be installed. RB also made it clear improving the Fan experience is his main concern hence why he's seeking feedback from fans. Interesting he also said if Rovers were a "well oiled machine" he wouldn't have considered joining us as the role wouldn't have interested him. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0jy21sx?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobile

It's embarrassing really. It's going ahead but still have no idea what it looks like. Yeah right.

At least RB didn't come out with the line "the ground redevelopment is not within my remit".

And like all of us I’m pretty much fed up of a lifetime of waiting. But that’s not what I heard from the clip. It sounds like they’re refining the plans to make sure they’re as good as can be so they only need to bring them to us once rather than showing them to us and having to go back and forth multiple times. Which is all fair enough as it should in the grand scheme of things shorten the process.

No brainer- better season ticket structure:
- return of finance options - fairer pricing for kids
A little more adventurous... bring a bit of Gloucester Road to the mem. If the mem is our home we should celebrate G-road more. There should be closer to ties to the businesses. Its a Bristol success story and now we're staying let's better integrate the club. Also Bristols craft beer scene.

Appeared tonight on bbc radio bristol Having a Gas Wants fans to contact him via website on what club can improve at the club He was praiseworthy of claire and the media guy recruited from West Ham. He sincerely wants to improve communication with gasheads. Updating the supporters on the Ground development would be a start. Updating the supporters full stop - We need to attract younger fans to replace all the old (myself included) farts who moan on forums
